Nice observation about Armand's assertion about Alice. He can’t know what Alice thought. He can only play on Daniel's fears and insecurities. Daniel probably beats himself up about Alice thinking, she probably didn't trust him and he didn't give her a reason to. Nice catch.

American soldiers in Europe came over to help during the war and hung out with the locals of many European countries for an extended period of time, that's what Armand meant by "Americans left a certain (positive) impression." There was no such interaction during the American Revolutionary or Civil War. Also, Claudia's Romanian accent was *extremely* thick, same as her French one, she definitely wasn't fluent or anything.

Yes, Alice is established as Daniels' ex wife in season one... So she does eventually accept his proposal, according to Daniel ...But also yes, the show has absolutely been indicating that his memories have been altered. 100%.

Armand ask for permission to speak Louis says yes Armand speaks Umm Armand can you let Louis speak huh lol Sorry I love yall I am an Armand girlie though. It was so funny because Lestat was the one cutting his finger and dabbing every note an opera singer got wrong just to correct him before killing him so Armands notes were like wow yall really are just two peas in a pod. Oh on the thoughts about Daniel and Armand, I found it interesting that Louis said " You were so scared to hold her hand but felt freer in Paris" why would you feel freer to hold hands with a woman in Paris a woman that you were close enough with that you were trying to propose. I think that some memories of Alice and Armand are jumbled up.

Ben Daniels as the lead theater actor, Santiago, is soooo delicious. And Daniel is really coming into his catty self this season, where the first season wasn’t nearly as compelling.
