By the way, it rains more in Ghana, than Kenya, however the Nairobi area is cooler in temperature than Ghana, because High-altitude locations are usually much colder than areas closer to sea level. This is due to the low air pressure.

It doesn’t rain much in Accra because Accra is a savanna vegetation... the other regions, especially the forest vegetation has a lot of rains, that’s why Ghana is the second biggest producer of cocoa, without rains, cocoa production will be impossible... so, it rain less in Accra, but not the entire Ghana 🇬🇭.
@ericsdiary22322 жыл бұрын
Point of correction,we have three(3) main vegetation zones or belts in Ghana;Savanna,Forest & Coastal Zone. Greater Accra is found in the coastal zone because it is close to the sea and not in the Savanna Zone like that of Norther and Upper Regions of Ghana

Don’t create your own illusion.Revist my response and see whether your conjoined answer Coastal Savanna is in the response 😀😂
@kofisam41062 жыл бұрын
@@ericsdiary2232 indeed, ignorance is blissful🤣🤣🤣.... bro, where in my comment did I said, there are only two vegetations in Ghana? For your information, there’s nothing like coastal zone vegetation in Ghana , because areas like axim, and all the way to takoradi are coastal towns but they are in the forest zone, so you can’t generalize that all the coastal areas are in one vegetational zone... the savanna vegetation in southern Ghana, starts from south eastern part of central region to aflao in southern Volta... there are two savanna vegetational zones in Ghana, and they’re, coastal savanna and northern savanna zones. So if I said, Accra is a savanna zone, I wasn’t wrong.. bro, I won’t blame you entirely, I blame the educational system of Ghana for churning out functional illiterates 🤣🤣🤣

@1:05 I guess I needed this video too... So all this time this house was behind another house you own? lol @6:34 I kind of agree with Wode... If you live on the 2nd floor and rent out the 3rd floor, you can recoup all your building cost in a few short years and have passive income(or maybe you move everyone to the 3rd floor and Airbnb ent the 2nd floor room by room) That Nigerian billionaire has Wode thinking about grabbing all the Cedis he can lol He even knew about the roof likely being livable based on the material used because he has that experience now

Very impressive and can’t wait to see the finishing. But Wode Maya that statement that it hardly rains in Ghana isn’t totally accurate. Some of us haven’t heard that there has been a recent drought in Ghana knowing that climatic conditions is tropical with two seasons ie wet and dry. However, during those seasons it rains more in farming areas than the urban areas so it depends on when and where one visit the country.
