I found this content to be extremely concise and valuable. Your pacing and eloquence on the topic of the mace is brilliant. I would also like to thank you for the side thoughts on how to approach this implement and on appropriately answering some of the comments that have come up in regards to it's usefulness.

Thank you Greg! BMX background and I’m glad I found you again. After watching this I bought one on Amazon. Much like a golfer that does it wrong for 20 years before trying to correct. I respect your technique and deep understanding. Doing it right from the beginning is essential. You’re a beast! But I can see exactly how you got there. Much appreciated!

The mace training stuff is a great tutorial on what can be done with the awkward "ball on the end of a stick" super variations to consider!!! Another take on the east Indian training model........keep doing what you do..some are listening!

Have you done the more traditional rotational video as yet. Yours is the most thorough mace video I've seen. Waiting for more. Thanks.

Thank you for this Greg, it is immensely valuable. Did you produce the video on the more traditional rotational stuff teased in the last few seconds of the video? Would love to see that. I'd be even more interested in programming heavy rotational Macework. Especially in relation to how it fits into an overall program with kettlebells and barbells. That'd make an excellent product I'd buy. Thank you again for this video.

I find so much value in these videos of yours. I've been learning maces the last couple months and your videos are of the few I trust to follow. Thank you for what you do!

I want to start using the mace and I bought a 10 lb mace , would this be a good weight to start with?
@bruceedwards8383 жыл бұрын
What weight ranges do you typically have access to with your sets of maces for these strength movements patterns?

Very well presented. Interesting presentation. Well rehearsed information. What is the actual weight of mace used for perspective? Will continue to follow. Nursing reoccurring rib injury from Jitz, looking for solution.
