When he said to "leave the pain there"... then bring it back up after a couple objection/deflection loops... that was pure gold. Bring up the pain while showing empathy and understanding... then present your solution to ease that pain. I had to listen three times to make sure I memorised that. Thing is, only someone who has absolutely mastered tonality and body language can pull that off and it be natural and genuine.

Honestly if you have confidence i have seen people use it with no mercy and still close the sale. The way people usually justify it is that if you close a big sale on someone that is basically broke they were going to lose their money anyway and hopefully whatever you are selling them can change their situation.

What is up with all the haters commenting here? Learning this process makes you alot of money. Its just bringing to the prospect what pain they have and what you can do to fix it, you have to be good at presenting when you present like a pro whatever you're selling sells itself. It's been about 4 yrs since I've applied steps like this to my career and went from 70-80k a year to 150k-180k a year and Still learning...

I watched this video twice! It’s funny I’ve been doing this for multiple years I just didn’t know what it was called. I’m able to do this step by step process quite quick and flawlessly with most of my customers. I don’t feel I’m being non genuine at all, but at the same time I really understanding the situation of each customer. These steps feel natural without thinking twice about them. I didn’t learn this from anyone either, I had to figure out how to read people with their words and body language through trial and error so atleast I now know what all this is called. There is quite a lot more information than this. For example the person your calling or closing on, what is the time of the day? This is important, because you want to know if the person is on lunch break? Someone who may be on lunch break can represent themselves as too busy to call before or after work or who may want to keep that action threshold down as much as they can because some people are afraid of pain, they just want it done! Now also, Is it morning time and the person is calling around and getting ahead of day and checking prices, those are smart customers or is this person procrastinating and now it’s night time? Each of these different times of the day scenarios represent different customers minds and psychology. Even though I’m a seasoned closer I still like trying new strategies and styles and I’m always looking for videos like this to propel me further. Thanks Jordan for the knowledge and inspiration!

Honestly, this guy actually gives good free information! I do think, pain does not mean buying stuff for poor people but it is smart to help people who can afford to change that by spending a bit of cash. But many do not have cash or credit! We have been keeping poor people out of markets for decades and then calling them lazy. Social status at birth often determines status. Research shows people do not often change their socioeconomic status even in the USA! It's not a good fact for some. The facts are, that people & business leaders, like Andrew Yang, who suggest some forms of money printing and giving people money to create markets, are right. We printed money and gave tons of it to the wrong people, those already with money to dole it out in old school trickle down, does anyone feel pissed on? Now we are told stimulus checks wrecked the economy, no! They didn't go far enough, if I gave you a tire off of a Mercedes, would it be a good deal or fix any problem you have? Not likely! The same people buying from the same well-to-do or wealthy families will not open new opportunities! We need the new rich, guys like me who don't even know who the f*** my real Dad is! And remember frustrated sales people, make sure you are in front of a qualified buyer!
