Thank you! I lived in SA for close to 20 years my wife and I loved getting Portuguese rolls with peri peri chicken breast and peppers. It was awesome! Back in the US we can’t get the Portuguese rolls here but I now can make my own thanks to you. I so appreciate ur channel.

Hi Reuben! Thank you for watching our videos! The wood I use are mostly a mix of bushveld braai wood. Sekelbos, rooibos, various acasia's, etc. Best regards from us here in Limpopo.
