Ek het die resep gister gemaak, dit het baie lekker uitgekom! Die tiemie se geur maak dat jy nie eers die koljander mis nie. Ek het hom in Can26 skaapderm gestop. Hierdie is die tipe wors wat jy met n lekker bruin sous kan maak om saam pap te geniet, en ek dink hy sal n champion wildswors ook maak. Gaan met my vlg slag hom maak met so 3kg wild, 2kg bees, die vet persentaie is perfek. Welgedaan op n baie goeie resep!

Dit maak ‘n groot verskil as jy net beesvleis gebruik. Dis al hoe ek my wors maak. Partykeer stop ek dit in die dun (19/22) skaapdermpie. Dan gooi jy dit net so 3 minute op die warm kole. Lekker snack. Ek gaan definitief hierdie resep maak. Dankie vir nog ‘n lekker video!!!!

Dit lyk nou lekker , regte bees Boerewors , nie die gemors wat jy hier in die stad kry nie ,hier gooi hulle als in van enige dier en dan noem hulle dit boerewors , n kampioen boerewors , en die stads japies vreet dit hulle dingk dis te lekker , hulle weet nie wat hulle mis nie . Ok, I'll admit, this looks insanely delicious. Thanks to your droe wors recipes, I have been making skinless droe wors and its the anchor of my carnivore diet. Put your recipe into a spreadsheet, which then automatically calculates the amounts of fat/ spices according to however much beef I get. Goeie Grys Giftige Gert is it good. But I long for homestyle boerie, and this looks amazing. I really enjoy your family interactions as well. Goed gaan julle, and just know that there's a Saffer out here who misses aspects of home very much. Its been 16 years... Choos - ps: decided to subscribe. I think you guys are ace.

Hi! I buy the casing directly from freddie hirch, but you can also get them from your local butcher. There are a bunch of great quality sausage stuffers from Takealot. Mine in a no-name stainless steel 5L stuffer, works perfectly. Thank you so much! We appreciate you for watching!

Wildsvleis en skaapvet werk ongelooflik lekker saam! Jy kan die vleis en vet heeltemal vervang met wildsvleis en skaapvet. Ons het ook 'n meer traditionele boerewors resep met koljander en naeltjies as jy daarna wil kyk. Baie groete!

I thought there were laws dictating the maximum percentages of fat and the proportion of pork for it to be called boerewors. This is certainly not boerewors as I know it. You also seem to have missed the vital coriander.

Hi! Yes, you are right. There are laws and regulations for making and selling Boerewors. This is more a “Farmstyle” Boerewors. There are variations, as with all types of recipes. If I were to sell this recipe as Boerewors, I would still be in regulation. The meat, fat, water and other ingredients are of high quality and within the set parameters. Coriander is not a necessity, but only a preference for Boerewors. If you would like a more traditional recipe with coriander, cloves and allspice, please see our traditional Boerewors recipe on our channel. Best regards.
