Had no idea you had colon cancer and gut issues. I had a brush with gut issues and know how awful they can be. Very glad to hear of your improvement.

You are such a warrior bro f*ck man.. happy to see you doing better today. I hear you about the mornings brother.. rough sometimes for sure. The wet cupping is tremendous also. I need to book another session. Brother have you tried taking regular internal anti-inflammatories like Tumeric and the like? Thanks for the update brother...

Thank you for your support and encouragement. I’m taking astaxanthin, but I think the peptides are taking over in a good way 👍 Aloha🤜🤛

Gut health is everything. More surface area and more permeable than the outside skin, the gut affects the whole body.

I have the highest respect for you, you have been through a lot of tribulations, and you are still fighting but you manage to keep your smile. I too am painfully carrying my cross and I try to be as efficient as possible like you do, but unfortunately I lost my smile a long time ago. you are a constant source of inspiration to me. Thank you.

I used to be very scared and fearful, and my behavior and results I got in life reflected that. I was told that gratitude could fix me, but I struggled to be grateful when I felt I wasn’t worthy or deserving of anything. Then I realized how harshly I judged myself and others, and that seemed to be the root of all my pain. So the only thing left for me to do was be forgiving, and that is why now I can smile. I know you will too. Aloha🤜🤛

Glad to hear youre benefiting from the peptides Bill! And thank you for being so transparent with us I gotta question, how do you go about pinning the peptides? Aloha 🦾

A lot of knee pain I noticed stems from hip and ankle mobility. I started deep sitting pushing my knees out got me back from not be able to get to parallel with body weight to improving my back squats depth. Tumeric with black pepper is good for the joints. Some myofacia scraping on forearms is good for tennis/golfers elbow.

That bpc 157 was designed for the gut. Wondering your plans on how long you plan to run it.

TB 500 be careful w it. Assume yr labs are on point… but with history its best to be extra stringent on what yr taking
@JamesTheAxeThrower5 ай бұрын
Maybe do a video showing your mobility right after you wake up tomorrow cold as the first video. And in a few weeks you can do it again and see if your “cold” mobility in the morning will improve even more! you might not of done one before you started the peptides but better to start now than not at all for the sake of having the footage to compare later!

Hey Bill, long time fan here. Do you know roughly how much the therapy is costing you if you weren’t sponsored? Been really interested in this myself for a long time ankle tendon issues. Aloha from Australia 🇦🇺

Bill just wondering if your injecting the peptides directly at all of the troublesome sites?
@fitprohawaii5 ай бұрын
I’m just doing subcutaneous shots into my belly fat. Trying to heal my gut first😂 Aloha🤜🤛

@@fitprohawaii Thanks for the reply Bill. They're amazing compounds I've used them myself to heal a rotator cuff tear recently. Good to know that the ankles etc are feeling the benefit even with site of administration being the belly. I did find that when I shifted the TB500 in particular from the belly fat into the shoulder itself it made a substantial difference. You're no doubt getting the very best advice & guidance though. Love what you do Bill, youre revolutionising my approach to exercise & my relationship with my body, & now my parents too who are in their 70s. Aloha & many blessings 🙏⭐

I’ve been eating a whole lot of fresh fruits and vegetables and cut out the meat and dairy and all (yes all) of my joint aches and inflammations have disappeared. Been a year now. First time in my life. I’m in my 50s. Find what works for you as early as possible.
