Thanks for the instruction. I'm not interested in having a bunch of kettlebells. Even further, I walk a 50lb (22 kg) bell down the public park 1/4 miles away where there is a nice bench, trees and sunsets. This limits what I can do once I get down there. Doing halos is murder for me at that weight, my form sucks because I'm just not strong enough yet. Perhaps this form lesson will help me clean up my movement to the extent I can not get hurt and slowly strengthen into it, or put to rest my idea that its something worth doing, and save that movement for home where a lighter bell waits. Considering trying the pass around as alternative, but you don't get the shoulder ROM. Regardless, I think the instruction will be helpful.
If you could barely do the first motion how can you do the 2nd motion and "turn" them?

I’m the same age, can do the same pull ups, but no way I’m ripped like that. That physique is pure genetics. Always look at the calves, that’s the insight on how ripped someone can get.

I'm old I can only hold 50 pounds for 1minute, tho I have cobbles weighing 30 pounds for my arms and a scaffold pipe weighing about 40 lbs for my upper shoulder muscles I used it on my feet n legs as well cos of glute damage and busitis, after a car crash I'm 69 years old
