We have to take into account that the Timberwolves will most definitely have Jaden McDaniels' pickup point on Luka be the inbound. With as much responsibility with Luka has, and how many minutes he has to play, as well as his knee injury, Luka will most definitely be battered. With Minnesota's youth and the fact that they're energized from playing defense, makes me think that they win the grind, winning in 6 games after it's tied 2-2.

Wolves were the #1 defense over the whole season, however Mavs were the #1 defense in the last 20 games of the regular season. I honestly think you're underestimating the impact of the Mavs defense against the Wolves, who were only a middle of the pack offensive team during the regular season, even though they've stepped up in the playoffs. I expect this series to be a 2000s style slugfest where the games are low-scoring and very defense-focused by both teams. I don't agree that the winner of Wolves and Nuggets win the chip. The Denver we saw this post-season was sloppy, sluggish, and overall unimpressive outside of Nikola Jokic. Both of these teams (Mavs & Wolves) are stronger than the Nuggets and are capable of slaughtering a coddled Celtics team that has been able to breeze through the weak teams of the Eastern Conference. I do not believe they will be able to withstand the onslaught of the Western Conference Champion even if the series goes to 7.

Nah, the Nuggets played awful this postseason. There's no way Wolves will be blowing out the Mavs by 45 points. The Nuggets almost lost to the Lakers trailing at halftime every game and got lucky with two buzzer beaters. The Mavericks are definitely the stronger team compared to the Nuggets at this point.
