how is it criminal? if you dont pay your credit cards then your score goes down. if you pay it then it goes up. its a trust system that is based on merit & truth...so how is it criminal..

It’s not intrusion when you need credit to purchase something because you don’t have the money upfront. 🙄 These companies are just trying to make sure they get their money back for giving out loans.
@chrisbrown87482 жыл бұрын
Hahaha this person clearly just has sh*tty credit😂😂😂. I accepted it because it’s super simple to have very good credit (my lowest FICO is 768 and I’m always opening new lines of credit and if I didn’t I’d be a 850 easy) and if you actually understood this system you might see the benefits of it. 1) PAY YOUR DAMN BILLS!!!!!! If your 30, 60, 90, or 120 days late that will get reported to all three credit bureau’s and you will basically be screwed for the next 7 years unless you basically find a scam like she was offering lol. 2) Credit utilization needs to be in check. I’m super anal about this one and it’s to the point that I never let any card have more than 1% of my credit limit report to the bureau’s because I don’t go off of a due date I memorized the statement close date for every credit card and charge card I have and I pay the majority of each balance before ever receiving a bill so that my Chase Freedom Unlimited card for example with a $12,500 limit is only reporting that I owe $100 even though the past 30 days I charged over $2k on it I paid all but $100 of that by the 10th of the month when my statement closed. 3) this goes along with #1 DON’T HAVE ANY DEROGATORY MARKS ON YOUR CREDIT, if you can ace these top three categories you will be in good shape and if you can ace the others such as average age of accounts, number of credit accounts and hard inquiries you will be on your way to a 850. Like bro the governments of this world all use the exact same credit system this is why the U.S. has debt in the trillions of dollars (and why people that don’t understand credit think that’s a bad thing when it’s actually a good thing I.e. check someone’s personal credit that has no credit cards and no loans compared to someone with 20 credit cards in good standing and a mortgage and car note) but we have a good credit rating because we’ve shown we can manage trillions in debt without issue.

Not exactly, its the legislators that make the laws they practice under legal. The extremely high apr, giving people loans when they cant afford them. The housing crisis was a perfect example, when you tell poor people they can afford a large home...many of them somehow think they can. When i was 18 i almost bought a house with my friend, i literally had like 20 credit points too low. 1 year later the housing market would crash, and the home would have lost 40% of the value but we would have been on the hook for a 200% loan. Actually, now that i think about it, they were going to give us the house but somebody else put 10,000 down which beat us on the offers. I think credit/bill paying should be a mandatory class in grade school.
