@@samburas9380 Well no, that's not really how it works. They are based on voice actors, yes. But the voice actor doesn't have to say every word, that would be pretty much impossible. Usually a text-to-speech program takes syllables or even individual phonemes from the voice actors and combines them into new words. And then there is usually some pitch correction as well to make it sound more natural.

ive done voice work like this before. no1 thing is that you adopt a 'neutral' tone. Choice of wording, inflection, tone and dialect are all exceptionally important.

Alexander the Great had to travel over corpses of his enemies across deserts and rivers. She could fly in first class. Not a fair comparison taken out of context.
@IIBLANKII
@IIBLANKII 3 жыл бұрын
@@scintillam_dei fair point, but I believe it's perfectly fair to compare them because the amount of effort does not contribute to the amount of Influence you have. A task can be daunting and near impossible, and your influence remains smaller in comparison to a simple task that can propagate farther than that of the more difficult one. Alexander the great's influence is nowhere near small by any definition of the word, he held one of the world's greatest military campaigns and empire, but that does not mean his influence can't be arguably smaller than that of hers. It does not diminish his or others' achievements; he will as long as he is remembered, be known as Alexander the Great. His conquest spread Greek culture for many generations to come. With that out of the way. Her voice guides those in airplane stations, hospitals, and train stations. Air travel alone can be eight hundred million to one billion people annually while she is sitting still. Alexander's sphere of influence if plotted on modern-day maps would be, Greece, Turkiye Syria, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan. It's not too farfetched to argue that her voice will guide more people in her lifetime, and even beyond it if they continue to use her voice.
@scintillam_dei
@scintillam_dei 3 жыл бұрын
@@IIBLANKII Anyone reading a script can do what she does if they have a pleasant voice. There is only one Alexander the Great. Because of him, Europe was not dominated by Asia any longer, and Rome was able to rise. Europe conquered the world, and Alexander paved the way.

well yes and no. when I was in school, in one of my classes, we learned how to write code that would manipulate frequencies to synthesize human speech; like the more notable tones would be modulated with java-script or c++ to replicate the sounds a human voice would make when saying certain words. It's intricate but viable. But I agree, it wouldn't sound exactly like a human so not as natural. Therefore you are right if you want it to sound more natural.
