Irresponsible drivers, some of the most inconsiderate people on the planet. Today, we look at the queen of them. A woman named Stacey who drove her jeep into the side of a house, earning her majesty her fourth DUI. Buckle up.

@@Theproclaimed In almost all states it’s a three strike system before someone has their license revoked. Those that dont use the 3 strike method may only lose it for a up to a year, which is how you end up with people who rack up a bunch of DUIs. This is the same regardless of gender. This upsets me badly because my mom and grandmother were nearly killed by a drunk driver. This guy had multiple DUIs before and didn't lose his license. My grandmother was the passenger and escaped with minor injuries. My mom...not so much. Her back, neck and, head trauma sent her to the hospital. She had a brain bleed and along with the other injuries, could not physically go back to work. She had a great job. Raised my brother and I alone and worked damn hard. People like this...took that away from her. She still carries on today but, suffers in pain and often feels like a failure because of judgment from others. To me, she's amazing. She got up every day still and made sure my brother and I were always cared for. What hurts her as well...is that the DD didn't care. Even when sober. Oh, and the driver never even apologized. Much like this terrible woman, he thought he was the victim. He wasn't even hurt. He was in a Ford truck and my mom, a Sunfire. If he hit them head on, they would have been crushed. I am sorry. Fuck people like this. You could seriously alter someone's life, take a life or hurt yourself and thus, the people who love you. If you want to drink. Fine. Don't care. But, keep your ass away from vehicles.

Germany : 1st DUI, the license is gone for up to 1 year. 2nd DUI, your license is gone for ever. If you hurt anybody while driving intoxicated, you'll have a free trip to a prison for some years + paying compensation to the victims. Never drink and drive. I'm German, and we love beer and wine. But when I'm drinking, I call a taxi or let me pick up. Best wishes to the US.

That's not true. If you are below 0.11 bac and not involved in an accident you lose your licence for 1 month for the 1st DUI, 2 months for the 2nd and 3 months for the 3rd. But everyone above 0.16 or with a 2nd DUI above 0.05 has to pass the so called "Idiotentest" (MPU), which is expensive and has a high failure rate. If you cause an accident with 0.03 or higher it can turn into a felony, basically you lose your licence for at least 6 months and can get a prison sentence of up to 5 years. Europe is generally stricter and lot of slavic countries have a zero tolerance policy. For hardest punishments look up Slovakai or Poland, they are cracking down on drunk drivers.

@@ProdigyFaith Yes, you're right 👍 I was more on the "felony rules" and mixed something up. Crashing into a house, leaving the scene, claiming it's her fathers fault, is not a misdemeanor, it's a felony. And felony means in this case the license will be revoked for at least 6 months up to 5 years, perhaps for livetime. And in the case, you'll do it again, then is the license guaranteed revoked for livetime.

He remembers he was going 80 getting off at an exit. He remembers swerving to avoid a car slowing down to take the exit, too. He remembers hitting the concrete sound wall and how it sent him flying across two lanes of highway. And somehow he forgot that he hit an SUV and made it flip over twice before it came to rest on its roof. Which is crazy because I remember watching the road and sky spin quite vividly. I never drive anywhere after a drink. I refuse to drink outside of my home unless someone else I know is driving me and I still refuse to have more than 2 drinks at most. I’ve been black out drunk (in my own home for a party) and still have clarity of the night before. If I forget anything it’s “did I wash my makeup off” or “did I take the trash out” never is it “did I crash my car into my neighbors house”

If you have to ask if you're going to jail, you're probably going to jail. Also. DUDE. Four freaking felony DUIs is absolutely sickening. She reminds me of that, "Affluenza" defense idiot kid. He kept getting off because his parents were rich and enabling his dangerous behavior. He too had very good attorneys. Seems those attorneys were well versed in getting that whole family out of questionable situations. Unfortunately, affluenza kid eventually went on to killed four people that were just helping each other on the side of the road. Drunk again at the wheel, nearly killing all his friends in the truck. He was also underage and without a only a learners permit, I believe. Anyway. Hopefully that elderly couple can repair the house. Thankfully she didn't kill anyone in the home. Why are they waiting for her to do exactly that? It's infuriating.

None of us understand the legality or logic of allowing these people to contunue holding valud licenses and being allowed to operate an auto. Its mind boggling.

the hearsay that she was referring to that the cop rightfully recognized in her language and steered her away from was the testimony from the neighbor specifically linking her as the driver of the vehicle. This would be important for any case they might want to bring as she could have argued that the vehicle was stolen by a stranger that they could even argue that she asked to drive her home, she would have to be say 4 times felony dumb for such a defense to work but I think she has it locked in.

I've seen this entire bodycam footage and it's absolutely infuriating. The conversation with her father explains exactly why Stacy doesn't think driving her car, while completely wasted, into someone's house is something she should be held accountable for. She was clearly never told no as a child or been held accountable for her choices by her father. She's extremely lucky she hasn't killed anyone and hopefully they'll keep her locked up this time so she won't be able to in the future. It's insane how lax DUI laws are in some states. The fact that she was allowed to call her father to pick her up while being transported to the jail for processing is insane to me.

God this woman reminds me of my mother. In my mom’s case, it’s that she was attempting to manipulate whoever she was talking to but was too drunk to keep her story straight. Her favorite lie was that someone stole her identity and that’s who smashed into someone in the McDonald’s parking lot. They got a car just like hers and made themselves look like her, too. I’m getting that same vibe with Stacy here. She fully knows it’s all absurd but she’s hoping they’ll just buy it anyway.

Three DUIs. She should be in jail, not behind the wheel getting a fourth. Lying to police should a crime, and by that, I mean each lie adds to severity of the penalty individually. Dad should go to jail too as an accomplice. I've only drunk to excess about six times in my life (55yo) and never have I been tempted to drive. Twice, I spent the night and most of the next day curled up in my back seat waiting to be recovered enough to get home safely.

To me, as someone who has a medical condition that prevents me from driving, the worst part of this is that people like this take complete advantage of the privilege to drive. When they get in trouble or something, all they do is whine and try to divert blame so they can get back out and do it all over again. These kinds of things infuriate me, because most people (good and bad) really dont appreciate how important of a resource it is and just abuse it
