The best thing you can say to a woman if she asks you if you like her: Well I don't know, well maybe a bit. You know I don't know if you are ... (mention whatever you like for a woman to be but not too much - 3 things are ok... for start). Watch her reaction and what she does. After she does what you want - do it again and again but be carefull, use different words and show her you like what you see her do. She will get invested.
