My questions are Is the carrier of the virus female or both fender? The vaccine is it on for women? If a male is carrier of the virus How can he treat or manage it , and prevent spreading it to spouse?

1. Both genders can be carriers of the virus. 2. Yes. The vaccine is for HPV especially types 16 & 18 that are implicated in cervical cancer. Since men don't have a cervix, then there's no point. 3. HPV infection is usually Assymptomatic in most people, however in some cases the infection can also cause genital warts plus some skin lesions including the mouth, and genitals. When any gender notices any lesion in any of those body parts, they should go to the hospital to see the doctor for proper evaluation and eventual treatment.
