Any time, except late evening, just before sleep. Each of these movement you can perform for as long as you wish. You can choose one, several, or all of them. In the beginning the longer the practice, the better, as the body needs education. If you practice for 5-10 minutes then it will serve as a breathing and stress relief. If you do it for longer, then you'll be able to go deeper into yourself. 30-45 minutes would be very good for the beginning. Experienced students often practice for 1 hour or even longer as they enjoy going deep and time just passes by.
