Don't get fascinated by the body of the paid models on this video. I'm a normal guy, a gym enthusiast, used this and it's working for me. I bought a used one for 5 bucks and really worth it You will definitely get a result within a few months. The main thing to be taken care of is, don't stop using it. Assembly is definitely tricky kzbin.infoUgkx1N3gatJfHIxCsI2TbcOH1-k8v-EDJ40N but as long as you GO IN ORDER of the steps the booklet has, it’s all good. It took us about 30 minutes to assemble. Although it did come with a defect-the bottom 2 sticks which is suppose to be only for extra support to hold the whole thing together was not able to be put on. They didn’t make holes for it. So there was no way to screw them on. We decided we didn’t need them. So far so good. Everything else we screwed on tightly. We only use it for the basic stuff. We didn’t want to go through all the hassle during Christmas for returns lol. Other than that, we’ve used it many times now, and we get great workouts out of it!

Non viene spiegato come si cambia la resistenza una volta che il fisico supera il livello iniziale...non dovrebbe avere la possibilità di aumentarne la resistenza?
