Platinum also made God Hand back when they were called Clover. God Hand is an underrated gem but few know about it. Also, the circle wrap with dead trees becoming live trees is an Okami reference. Bayonetta appears in this game as a secret playable character too.

This game has so much of the developer's hearts and souls poured into it that I'm pretty sure it doubles as a phylactery for the Platinum Games team. It also has the sickest ending ever put in a videogame. If anybody's even slightly interested in this game they owe it to themselves to leave it unspoiled and go play it to completion blind, because the last 3 or so hours take things completely off the fucking rails. This game has an infuriating onboarding experience so here's some tips for recovering from mistakes: - The sprint button is an animation cancel. You can cancel any attack to input a block or a dodge. - Hitting enemy armour will shatter your unite morph, but if you press sprint during the shatter animation you'll keep your dudes together. - You can pick up downed dudes with the Wonder-Liner. If your guys get scattered, pick up a few and start drawing a line, then run across the stage with it to comb up the rest of them. - The hand is immune to fire and the sword is immune to electricity. - Don't draw the biggest unite morph constantly or you'll piss away your whole energy bar. If you have no energy blocks you won't be able to block or dodge.

All great tips! A couple more I remembered. - Get the dirt cheap items from the store ASAP. They're absolutely critical even on the first mission. (In the original Wii U version they were already cheap, but not dirt cheap.) - You can recruit some enemy types as temporary members when they're about to die. When they freeze and start shining use the wonder liner to recruit them like other temp members. Recruited enemies get tallied in the mission results screen, too. - You can use surplus ingredients to craft credit cards, which you can use to purchase items from the store for free regardless of price.

Someone from RLM shadow banned me from their channel. I know that Mike or whoever had to have manually clicked on my comment and clicked "mute from channel". Anything comment i make on their channel will only be seen by me, and no one else will see my comment.. I have no exact reason why that happened. If i had to guess it was because of a reply i made to a somewhat political comment during the first 5 minutes of a RedLetterMedia video being posted and i got roped up in the muting of every person in that comment. But its especially weird because RLM almost never (only one ive seen is a video 8 years old) makes comments, hearts or pins comments. Tomar is scared and confused because of these new feelings he has. He parts his lips to show just two small brown teeth and shudders as he let's out a small barely audible whisper 'Wait, I'm married.. I love Jaxxy. What is this strange attraction?' Chris licks his big paper thin lips and runs his finger down Tomar's single long black strand of hair on the back of his head and says, 'Heh, kid I've been waiting all my life for this moment.', as he vores tiny little Tomar with glee. With one big hyper realistic tear on his eye Chris looks at the camera as he rubs his extended tummy and sobs out 'Look Tomar it's you! It's always been you..'

Funny story about just pretending to be a cop. I grew up in rural ass Missouri and one of the local precincts actually had a guy come by who pretended to be a transfer from another station. Over several months he went on multiple drug busts and had like 17 arrests to his name. Then it came out that he wasn't a police officer, he had a history of sexual assault and the precinct imploded due to the number of civil lawsuits filed all at once for them never once checking this guy's background before incorporating him into their office.
