It is crazy to think there are actual restaurants like this that nobody would ever have thought to bat an eye at. Most places in my hometown boast about " try our signature house made sauce!" Or "dough made in house". And they pride themselves on it. Like "yes, we made this. Nobody else". But then you have these people who take no pride whatsoever in the things they make and serve to people. And thats how places like this turn up and go so quickly. One day you see a place go up and youre like "ooh look a new restaurant!". Next you're like "where'd it go?".

I love how desperately and theatrically the one guy wanted to show the camera how good he thought his pizza was.

I have a theory Gordons kids are behind the names of the videos, they're the only ones that seem plausible to be able to keep up with these amazing titles

@@MINGUS-g6i I’m pretty sure his oldest graduated. Also, the kids could be coming up with the titles and then someone else edits and uploads.

Gotta love these video titles. The person who comes up with them needs a raise and promotion!

I live in the Denver area and every so often, I check to see if Pantaleone's is still alive and kicking. I’m happy to report they are and have consistently good reviews since Kitchen Nightmares.

Regardless of how thick their thin crust pizza, I hope they're baking the crust before putting on the sauce & toppings (then baking it with the toppings). That goes a l-o-o-o-o-o-n-g way to avoiding raw pizza dough in a pizza, in my experience.

Aside from the dough being underdone, pizza is meant to sit for about 10 minutes after it comes out of the oven.
