Wood Pellet Combustor - Homemade Wood Stove for Camp M-Stove Project Part-4

I've made a horizontal wood pellet burner to be installed on an M-Stove. It wasn't easy, but I got some satisfactory results.
For the early V2(M-Stove) stove, firebox was made using a stainless steel food container. A baffle plate is installed to maximize the heat of the stove top. Hope you enjoy this video.

This is also a very cool stoof concept. I each year collect plenty of walnuts and hazelnuts and the shells burn so bright and hot that I almost can't look into the flames. Instead of pallets you could use nutshells as well for this concept.

문서 작업이 많았던 지난 한해 작업 집중도를 올리려고 불멍 ASMR을 듣기 시작했던게 어느새 장작을 태우는 스토브제작 관련 영상을 뒤지고 자작이 가능한게 뭐가 있을까 여기저기 기웃거리게 되었습니다. 미니 불멍 화로대를 하나 구입해서 몇번 쓰면서 갈증을 느끼게 되니 자작 영상을 찾게 되었는데 그 와중에 엔터테인에 가깝거나 전문가의 솜씨가 그득한 채널들을 보면서 느꼈던 벽이 있었어요. 그런데 투게더님의 영상을 보면서 "아 이런 시도를 해내는 사람이 있고 어쩌면 조금만 노력하면 나도 할 수 있지 않을까?" 하는 소박한 꿈을 꾸게 되었습니다. 일회성으로 끝날지도 몰랐을 엠스토브 영상이 꾸준히 업데이트 되고 매번 발전하는 영상속에서 그가 얼마나 많은 고민과 노력을 여기에 투자하는 가를 느끼게 되었습니다. 그래서 몇 없는 구독 리스트에 투게더님이 계시고 꼭 찾아보는 채널이 되었지요. 긴글은 주접같아서 잘 안쓰는데 그래도 감사한 마음으로 두근두근하는 마음으로 많은 사람이 보고 기다린단걸 꼭 전하고 싶어요. 고맙습니다~ 감기조심하셔요~^0^/

With the pellet attachment, you turned it into a rocket stove. Extended out the air intake with box steel 6 inches and attach the air intake to the end of the 6in box. This will improve efficiency and extend the life of your burn time, as this will cause it to be a more efficient rocket stove. Also get stawdust, and make a dead press to turn the sawdust into pellets. You can use concrete glue, eggs, or used cooking oil as a binder for the sawdust.if you use cooking oil on the sawdust at all, WARNING, use very little as it can become explosive. Cooking oil with sawdust Burns very hot. Used motor oil also works but I don't think you want to use that. if you make A dead press for the sawdust and press the sawdust pellets out yourself and you don't have to pay for any wood or wood pellets. Fun project like watching what you're doing. Thanks John

Need to make your pellet burner more like a downdraft "pod" a basket for the pellets to stay Hot while "ALL" combustion air flows through it

Excellent! How quickly do those pellets burn? Could this system potentially keep a stove running slowly overnight? The problem with many camping stoves is that they go out in the middle of the night and you wake up cold and have to relight it!

1kg of pellets burns more that 1 hour. So need to install hopper on top. It is not designed for Overnight Camp. If the ash accumulates at the bottom, combustion performance may deteriorate. I will try the continuous combustion test soon. Let's keep it going.

Can you add a compartment to the feeder to isolate the fuel reservoir?
