Dont buy if you want to use dry blanks, these tools are hopeless unless its wet wood.

Hi Dunc, Thank you for your comment. We do recommend using damp wood, however it can be used on dry wood. When using dry wood you need to ensure you stop and re-sharpen your blade as you go.
