They died in black ops 2 story, Woods was tricked into killing Mason by Noriega and Menendez crippled Woods when he discovered Masons body and what he did, he then captured Woods and held him hostage alongside Hudson, Masons dead body, and Masons son, David. Menendez shot Woods kneecaps with a spas-12 and he did the same to Hudson except he also slit Hudson’s throat

I never played BO2, 3, or 4, so I have no idea about them. Mason was my favorite character in BO1; Hudson was cool too, but not like Mason. He was more just a CIA operative. You would think Adler was Hudson they’re confusing us with the games anymore because I remember the old MW and Black Ops. Then they completely redid the story, confusing everyone. I'm actually creating my own game called 5 Weeks Later. It’s an open-world zombie game based on The Division play style, Warzone looting, Fear the Walking Dead cinematics, storyline, and WWZ zombies. You start out as a civilian in an apartment building. You will have the choice to pick female or male, but you won’t be able to customize the character until you get past the phone call and go to the bathroom to wash your face. After you wash your face, you can customize your character to look however you want. Once you're done, an event happens, shaking the building basically, an explosion. Then you get another call. After hanging up, you make your way downstairs, but soldiers will be executing everyone as they sweep through, and they'll execute you too if they spot you. Meanwhile, as this is happening, the dead will get back up, and you’ll have to stealth your way around to escape since you’re unarmed. This will be the trailer and starting sequence of 5 Weeks Later.
