Kim Tippin Wood Turning KT.... you are one of those unnamed wood turning folks I have learned a lot from in my young wood turning experience mentioned in my post to Rod. You’re a really pretty sweet lady both as a person and in appearance. And of course, I know the reason behind all of this! Keep the faith and those wood shavings flying!!!!

For a second, I thought I was looking at Tool Time on TV with you hiding behind that huge chunk of wood. I think I’ll start calling you MSgt Wilson Wilson. Loved all the carved figurines you carved and put inside the bowl’s void. Like you, I am learning from each of those people in my wood turning experience; including YOU! I will say that I am happy to see Captain Eddy getting ready to venture into his shop again. I love his humor & common sense approach. It’s nice to see you honor each of those people in the way that you did. And I am totally blown away by the creativity and artistry each has developed in their turning experiences. It amazes me what you and others manage to get out of a chunk of wood. Perhaps I will get there some day and be proud enough to send you pictures of what I turned. But, that point in my experience seems to be far away since I am not able to turn wood in my shop due to the high summer temperatures that turn it into a sauna. To you and your viewers, please be safe turning wood and when out in public with this virus stuff. Semper Fi

I agree 100%, also my shop is hot and humid, I go out from about 9-11PM most nights and STILL get soaking wet. I also have learned from each of those turners as well as some others. My wife made a comment the other day about my expensive hobby.
