Brilliant. None better than you, especially when you take scraps and make them into art. I just discovered your channel and am in the midst of binge watching your videos--you never cease to amaze with your talent and vision!

I really appreciate your videos, you are a very talented wood-turner. At about 2:55, you jump from cutting the base plug to fitting it in the smallest vase layer. How do you create the hole for the base plug? I would love to see how you get this joint so clean and tight - maybe on the next one?! Ah, in rewatching it, I see that the base is already mounted, so I figure you turned it, did you turn the plug too?

Magnifique !

Man you're a pro. I never really went into turning, I did some though but not on this level. After accident did only a hand full of light carpentry projects. I get motivated watching you work and it might be a solution not too use much force in working with wood (implants) using my left hand to press down the chisel. Can you tell us more about why you chose the Stratos XL to work with? And are you willing to share maybe drawings from the extra wooden guiding-wheels-construction? As I guess you made that yourself?
