The second method of stretching the dough reminds me of how my German Oma used to make her strudel. But her strudels never had caramelized banana, and I love caramelized banana!

It's up to you.. Just try not to use oil which have mild smell.. Strong smell will ruin taste of banana

We call these roti prata here and i am very happy that i need only walk 10 minutes to a food shop that makes these all day long. Very happy.
