The best doctors are the one who ask you first about your parents health & genetic component of YOUR health . We are missing genetic predispositions . Doctors don't realize but I start with just some , only few to start. 1st is depression it is hereditary Ala inflammatory 😊 2nd fungal, yeast infections and allergies 3rd Histamine intolerance 4rth cardiovascular, inflammatory cholesterol condition !! 5th Insulin resistance Ala diabetes.
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
It is important, but I'd rather we looked at the person and their current state. Genetic factors count, but not as much as body chemistry and so many people suffer through health issues just because their parents suffered through them so they think they are just stuck that way. That is rarely the case.

Great 👍🏼- I’ve just a question. When I’m on the fatburner side, is it the goal to become better carb burning over time? Like carbs at day and fat at night? Or even more carb burning ?

Thank you so much. So I have stellar health and energy sometimes and crashes, emotions, and low blood pressure other times. I have low stomach acid and use ACV and Betaine and when I am faithful, I feel good. We eat a good, high protein (animal and good fats) diet. Most of the time, all is well. Once in a while, I still have an issue. It is usually when I think I've 'cured' my low stomach acid and I don't take my Betaine or digestive (Now Super Enzymes with bile) anymore. Over a couple of weeks, the troubles begin again. We eat eggs, meat (mostly beef) corn tortillas made fresh, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, garlic, ginger and I drink my own Schwitzel (ACV, water, juice of one lime, lots of ginger and a bit of honey) often as I love it! I've learned so much from your videos despite watching many others before I found you. You have made it simple. Now that I know what and when to eat, my question is: Would a good mineral supplement be what would keep me more stable? If we go walking for 4 - 6 hours (which is at least once a week) I take some good salt with me or a small bottle of water and an electrolyte capsule in case I feel fatigued. This doesn't happen often anymore. I have excellent blood pressure however, it does drop easily and this results, as you can imagine in fatigue and very rarely in almost fainting. So, liquid mineral supplement or just carry a little bag of really good, sea salt and have a lick when I feel a little fatigued from low blood pressure. My veins tell me because they get really big! We live at 6000 feet altitude in a high desert climate.

How did you know for sure that you had low stomach acid? Thank you!

Hi @EVB Thanks for the note. 1. If you're taking digestive enzymes that contain ox bile with your food, you want to watch this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHbLi5x4epeGeMU and if you're working on acidifying the stomach, but bile is not flowing correctly, you won't get that sizzle so you can get all the minerals from the food you're eating. This video explains how to thin it out so it will flow correctly: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o3PHh2mQiZ6qpbM As for blood pressure dropping and the low energy, it's really about looking at your chemistry to figure out what is causing that. It can be one or more of about 3 or 4 different options. But you won't know if you don't test. I show you how to do that in my book that you can get for free in the description, or in our totally free digestion course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Just make sure you stop guessing. It can be really frustrating. You want to get more info by testing. Let us know how it goes.

When is the best time to take TUDCA? 2 hours after a meal (when the food hits the small intestine)? Or does the timing only matter for taking an ox bile supplement?

I have an urge to swallow air sometimes I`ve noticed, do you have any idea why? Im at chapter 6 in your book now, great job explaining insulin. Waiting for my BeetFlow to arrive while taking steps with ACV, Betaine HCL and been doing IF lately. Its been a long journey but hopefully getting back. Im not fat but been struggling with heartburn a lot and been stupid enough to listen to advertisers / doctors and used PPIs for years.. Been off 9 months+ now, feel like im getting better but still even after for example 5, 8 ,12 and 16 hours without eating I get some reflux and/or burps. Think its getting milder and hopefully it will stop, but it should not be that way. At least I am finally more aware of the problems.
@KickItNaturally Жыл бұрын
Hi @Jan, I sometimes wonder if people are doing this to try and burp and relieve pressure created by a bacteria overgrowth in the stomach. This video might give you insights into other possible signs of this issue: kzbin.info/www/bejne/inqppGV8is5mmbs Let us know if that symptom gets better if you reduce bacteria.
