Work continues on the Bristol 400 and MRM Speedshop van collected at JM Details

It's been a week of working on the Bristol. We're finally ready for paint on this one now, diving straight into that for next week's video!

Nice job very thorough and Kev’s van was gorgeous he was very pleased it I watched the vid 👍, that’s a beautiful shaped car I know there lovely in there original livery but I couldn’t help thinking hot rod even though that would probably be frowned upon but there’s a lot I could do with that lol great vid looking forward to seeing it painted 👌

Kevs van looks epic guys and the Bristol is looking damn fine , you have done a lot of work with it can’t wait to see that in colour next week , can I just ask what do you use on surface rust /rust scabs to convert or treat it with , I have a mk2 escort that’s getting ready to paint soon and just wondered the experts you are what you use ? Ahh I'll be honest mate, we don't really... 😕 on the rare occasions I have to deal with things like this, my advice is always, if you can't remove rust 100%, it will sadly 100% come back... so aggressive grind out to start and see where you're at followed by an epoxy. But, more often than not it really needs cutting out for the best longevity. Unsure if the rust converters really work as well as they're advertised, who knows!
