I've wanted to try this for a long time. Whether that works and how strong such a height-adjustable table frame really is. I am very positively surprised. It lifts up to 120Kg / 264lb

I first wanted to build a base for the castors. But that wasn't necessary at all. To do this, the table should look as clean as possible. So I built a tabletop from 4mm sheet steel 1x0.6m
I always use this bending technique when I want to get a particularly sharp bending radius.
I'm very happy with that result and I'm going to put a powerbank on it, to make it wireless :)

Rather than buying bolts or screw and cutting them off, buy a length of all-tread (threaded rod) and simply cut to desired length. Keep a healthy supply of nuts and washers for the various sizes of threaded rod you have

Hi Marko, ja so länger ich damit rumgespielt habe desto mehr Ideen kamen mir. Die Grill Idee hatte ich jetzt noch nicht aber Möglichkeit sind enorm vor allem das teil hat echt power hätte ich niemals gedacht. Schade das du nicht kommst wäre lustig geworden :)

Geile Idee vor allem für die Säge und Bohrmaschine, und schön unterm Tisch verstaubar. Mich würde interessieren ob du dir die Elektronik des Tisches auf Dauer mit mit WIG ( HF Zündung ) ins Nirvana schießt.

Immer und immer und immer wieder hammer geile Videos von dir. Jetzt hab ich aber auch mal ne blöde Frage: nimmst du für die Schrauben zum Anschweißen Edelstahl oder schleifst du die Verzinkung immer weg ( was ich mir fast nicht vorstellen kann)? P.s. vielleicht sehen wir uns beim Alulöffel, ich bin mir über mein Kommen (hust) noch nicht im Klaren.

niemals Edelstahl die fressen viel zu schnell,(schon oft passiert) zumindest wenn man sie oft auf und zu schraubt. Außer es muss an Edelstahl angeschweißt werden. Min meistens verzinkte. Ja hoffentlich wird cool freu mich über jeden der kommt :)

Bin gespannt wie lange die elektronik mit der wig hf-zündung durchhält😅. Evtl machst dir unten noch am querverbinder rein, dass die füsse a bissl stabiler werden
