Is that cast? Wondering if you design it just a little smaller on the last two fingers so the middle finger ends up more balanced in the middle and turn the pin and wood in to a large "ring" on that finger.

Looks amazing, great job :) Personally, I prefer lighter bikes but something you made yourself beats even the most expensive product in terms of satisfaction

Witam serdecznie. Bardzo fajny i pouczający materiał. Niestety nie mam takiego zaplecza abym mógł sam zbudować coś takiego. Ile kosztowała by taka prasa na zamówienie?

Yet another diyer who pushes the blade into the log. Why not look at commercial electric log splitters and ask yourself why all of those do it the other way around? It's way more efficient and a lot more easy to build. You'd save hours of grinding up a sharp edged blade just for one! (clever editing).

Hello there again from Oregon of the USA. I would like to ask an unusual question having to do with your drill and the TAP that you are using. I have for a long time wanted to use a drill to TAP holes as you did in this video and others too. But my taps have a four-sided end on them and the drills have a three-jaw chuck. I don't want my tap to twist in the drill chuck and so I tried to find a four-jaw chuck that might be available to fit on my drills, but I can't find any. YES, I could attempt to tighten my drill chuck enough so it won't twist, but that is not always as possible as it sounds. Do you have a four-jaw chuck, or do you live with the three-jaw that came with the drill? Thank you, Roger.

I put this in my watch-later bucket, and now I found it, so I watched it and was mesmerized. I loved the cleverness and craftmanship, but you had the table and the special drill to make perfect parts. One thing that I have too is the bandsaw, but mine is the roll around floor model, but about the same size of bandsaw, maybe a little longer. BUT the thing I want to mention is the table you made to fit on the bandsaw when the saw portion is lifted up vertically. That is special, I want to make something like it for mine. I purchased a potable floor model (a standard one that you might have seen at a store). Well, I made it a roll around by attaching a set of caster type wheels to the bottom of the legs. I have to make the table a little different for me due to my being in a wheelchair and I have to have separate parts and stuff readily available and not laying all over the place. I want to make it be attached in some way to the side of the saw frame. I'd like to hinge the table to the side of the rig and have it fold upwards into position. I just viewed the video where you made the table and the ease of putting it in place to use it. It's not bulky or awkward at all. I can just hang it somewhere when it is not in use. Thank you for the inspiration. I like to build stuff, and tools too. Roger from Oregon in the USA.

10 miles down the road the wheel and tire leave the vehicle because you forgot to properly use a torque wrench as the last step. Been there experienced it while driving an 18 wheeler. Tire shop did the exact same thing you did with an air impact gun. Didn’t check the torque on the lug nuts. At 55 mph the steering started shaking and the right front tire and wheel ended up in a farmers pasture. I got lucky and ended up in the emergency lane on the right shoulder off in the grass.

Just a little hint: clear thoroughly and lube with oil not wd40 the threads of the jack to reduce heat from friction you really don’t want the threads to snap during elevation…
