I writing a lot. Once you said the best siting posture when writing is to have a document holder. The desk should be a bit tilted, not 100% flat. Can you make a video exhaling that? What kind of document holder to what kind of desk to write on?

Great information. As a musician who sits while practicing guitar and piano for hours a day I believe I can adapt your guidelines to suit my needs and maintain good posture. Perhaps a video aimed at musicians would be helpful. Particularly instruments like guitar, cello, piano etc. These are instruments which tend to make one hunch over without necessarily being aware of the poor posture which hours of practice can cause. It can lead to many problems including tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and back problems. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge.

This is amazing ! I am from India and ever since lockdown, my graduate friends (incñuding me) have developed cervical problems and Physiotherapy seems such a bother. Thanks, Bruno! My chair is a Kinnarps +8. I have extensive experience of it, incl. within large companies, and recommend it often. To be honest, I have a headrest because I got the showroom model, but it's an expensive option compared to its usage time... better buy a great chair like this one, without the headrest, than a bad one with a headrest :-) If you liked the video, feel free to share it to your friends and colleagues!
