I'm surprised this is even allowed. It's against the law to have an open container or alcohol in a vehicle ( Even if the driver is 100% sober, and the passengers are partaking ) but, on this thing it okay? It's also Illegal to consume alcohol in a public setting and you can't walk the street and enjoy a beer but, here it's Legal? I just don't see the difference! Everyone on this party bike should be issued tickets for public intoxication regardless if they got hurt or not.
