hey so I bought an upgraded Probook 6560b. It has integrated GPU by the guy I bought it from had upgraded it to amd radeon 6470m. Can you please tell me where it is located so that I can change the thermal paste on the GPU?

Hello. Sorry, but I never encountered this issus, so I don't know what could be causing it. Did you try to see if it does the same with Linux? At least you can see if it's caused by software or hardware.

Ok. Try to reflash bios. But, it could be a motherboard problem.

i am having problems while upgrading with an SSD, it doesn't seem to work and i looked everywhere but found no solution, could you please help with this?. it doesn't seem to recognize the SSD at all

It should have no reason not to recognise it. Do you see it in the bios?

@@UltimateDIY how can I check? I went into bios it sais all the specs except the SSD. And I have no option to boot from legacy (I see processor, ram, bios nr.. No ssd showing) I did the HDD test and it passed. And when I start laptop and place USB stick to install Windows.. I wait a lot of time and then when I want to create partitions, it just drops (as in It restarts the laptop). All good except the fact that I formated the SSD in my computer and it has a Windows... I place it back into laptop and it does not recognised it.. And that is a summary of my last 7 hours

I would suggest to put back the ssd in your pc and remove all the partitions. Wipe the ssd and make it completely empty.

Using Win7 and HP default soft - yes. You could login into the system with fingerprint or face recognition. On Win10 really never tried :)

Most laptops have the gpus soldered on the motherboard, so not really possible to add without replacing motherboard.

Da, cele mai recente drivere pe care le gasesti. Cele de 8 sau 8.1 merg perfect pe w10.

@@UltimateDIY Mulțumesc și sunt curios de ceva.Am primit acest laptop cu i5 2520 și o placa video AMD Radeon 6mii...Am instalat driverul și după aveam AMD Radeon 7400.E o placă dedicată?Din câte știu nu pot schimba placa video ,dar nu sunt sigur.Și o ultimă întrebare ,ce pot schimba in laptopul acesta?(componente)

Nu stiu sa iti spun daca e dedicata. Ce merita sa upgradezi in orice laptop sunt memoria si hard diskul. In loc de hard disk pune un ssd.
