Britt, you and I are about the same height. I am 5'2". I am also a teacher so we seem to have a lot in common. The doctor/WFPB Kitchen partnership is so overdue. I hope this creates a model for others. Having weekly visits will really help people stay focused for longer. I agree that $20.00 is nothing. I paid $50.00 a month to Weight Watchers 5 years ago and I never got to speak with a doctor or a food stylist. All I got was an app. This program sounds amazing! Ok, the mason jar idea to keep the popsicles standing up is genius. This was a great way to end my weekend.

My health insurance has a WFPB program. The doctor in charge is my doctor. There are weekly meetings where we are weighed and our blood pressure is taken. There is a presentation that discusses topics such as label reading, exercise, substitutions, etc. I call it food church ⛪️

Will the recipes be heart healthy? There are foods that are healthy for most yet if you have heart disease they are not good for you, such as nuts.
