Absolutely amazing what you all have learned and accomplished in the last 3 years. Not only has Brooke learned a lot and taught the younger girls to build, she has also perfected the art of filming and editing for us to enjoy!

I love how hard everyone is working, yet they’re laughing and having fun!! Y’all should be extremely proud and happy with yourselves!! You’re showing your kids how to have a strong work ethic. What an incredible homestead you have to show for all your hard work. 💛

Thank you for starting my day with a happy vibe. You have a hard working tribe. I laughed so much my side hurts. I was so inspired I swept my porch and took a nap. Hahhahah still haven't confirmed my reservations for Thanksgiving 🦃🦃. Deep fried turkey with all the trimmings. And don't forget the Wisconsin cheese curds hahhahha. The White strip did the Sunday night bleach the color out what does it look like now after a year has it gotten darker or to stay in the same color. I can't wait to see what else you guys do with this awesome romance that you have with the Virginia hills

Fried turkey is in the works and the reservation is made 🤣! I am assuming you are talking about the stripes that were on the logs from where the sun didn't darken it. If so, they are GONE (or so faint you can't notice)! All that bleaching/treating the logs did the trick...wooo hooo!!
