I had the chance to go to Colorado and play horse rancher for a week. While I was there I saw some beautiful country and found lots of public land. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of access there was in the area I had to explore. There was an abundance of wildlife and the river was full of spawning rainbow trout along with some browns and cut throat. I didn't have a fly rod that I could transport on the plane but I did get a Tenkara rod which I have been interested in for awhile now. I made an attempt to catch some big fish but the Tenkara is more suited for the small mountain streams we have here in NH. I will get into that obsession later on. Anyway this is some simple raw footage of the areas I was in. I do plan on going back at some point to hunt and fly fish with proper equipment.
