Be aware that the 'no pain no gain' statement isn't Always true…. If your legs hurt after a few exercises, dont contineu to hurt them. You will break your muscles and they will cause injurys.

Dayum bro , ur genetically gifted and you can easily gain muscles, u shud focus on more of losing body fat, I am 16 and still weigh 60 kgs, luckily I don't have a lot of fat but that means it's hard for me to gain muscle as well

Hi Nikhil, please read the whole message written below. first of all I'll say it's a really great job what u r doing not because u r doing this but the way u r properly understanding the situation of a beginner and doing all your efforts to avoid any harm to them and making sure to give them full advantage. really great job. And.. I wanna ask you something, here's that : after watching your vdo I realised that I'm also a victim of wrong exercising and bad training. and it's been 2 years that I'd left (actually I did gym only 15-20 days in a month before 2 year,) . My problem is when today morning I did push ups and pull ups and some general exercises at home, I'm feeling so much pain in my left solder and seems like it's broken or something... and not only today but since 1 years I'm having pain in my left solder and whenever I try to lift some weight or try to do any kind of physical exercise I feel very much pain only in my left hand and solder. I want to cure this problem so can you please tell me how to get rid of this,or from which doctor or specialist I should concern, if necessary. Please...
