Welcome to our latest senior citizen workout video with Amber! In this 10-minute session, we'll be using the Hovert platform (www.amazon.com...) to focus on enhancing balance and flexibility.
While she uses three-pound hand weights, she'll also provide alternatives like canned food for those looking for lighter options or without hand weights.
One of the key features of this workout is the flexibility it offers - Amber will demonstrate how to adjust resistance bands to cater to your specific needs, allowing you to increase or decrease resistance as required.
We kick off with some gentle warm-up exercises such as toe tapping, hip movements, and arm curls, designed to get your body ready for the main part of the workout.Amber is all about making this workout accessible for everyone.
During the workout, she emphasizes the importance of maintaining a 90-degree angle at the hips and knees, which is crucial for reducing strain on the lower back and ensuring you're working out safely.

Hovert seems the best choice for the elderly or anyone lacking mobility. But Turbo is a good choice as well, isn't it? especially for those needing to build bone density after perhaps years of not doing weight bearing exercise?

Hi Amber, the Third Senior workout video does not work. I get a black window with an “error” message. Loved the first two lessons. Hope you can fix the third. Thanks

If I’m doing chair exercises why do I need a vibrating plate?

I've watched this program 3 times and am still confused about the "right angle" position. Should the knees be higher than the hips or lower than the hips?
