Thanks so much Amber for your senior workouts! I am 78 and just starting to exercise for the first time in years. You make it so much fun and I love the addition of music!! I just received my Waver Mini Vibration Plate and love it!! I have had meniscus surgery years ago and I deal with arthritis especially in my knees and hips. I got it for lymph drainage mainly but I am now finding so many other things it is good for. Please keep more videos coming for seniors, we really need it!

Hi, thanks so much--this is great. I have the LifePro Rumblex Plus 4D Triple Oscillation platform that has only 3 P settings, so I manually set it to 35-45 Hz and any combination of vibration selections (depends on how I'm balancing that day--I'm post foot surgery 1 year later). Is that Hz setting challenging?

Hello there! You may want to use Pulsation only and avoid lateral for a while. Also, we highly suggest you communicate this first with your doctor to know best if you can use the vibration platform. :)

Question:. Going barefoot makes a difference. I'm fine just standing... Toe tapping and moving foot hurts because of the pattern on the unit is not smooth. Can I cover it with something? Or should I start walking barefoot to build up tolerance. I never walk barefoot. I'm 71.
