Thanks guys for another great episode. The fourth caller really made me smile. Women don't realize how much being undernourished and eating low-calorie and overtraining really affects our hormones. I myself lost my period for a number of years until I found this podcast 6 months ago. Only when I started eating to nourish my body and lifting weights did I gain good muscle and some healthy fat, and importantly, my period came back. Thank you again for everything guys! ❤

Once a week workouts ilare good for beginners cause they get a taste slowly. Starting at once a week they might become regulars to the weight room.

After doing 3x fullbody a week and very little progress, I switched to a PPL routine 3x times a week. Since each section only comes up once a week, I go to failure every time, but I reduce weights and stay at 10-20 reps. Im sore for 3 days straight, so I am not worried about only once a week.

My question if i have ABS and Nice Pecs, and Quads and nice shoulders. How many times a week do i train to maintain, - Not gain more muscle - But not lose muscle - Just maintain
@ababy60744 күн бұрын
About a third to a fifth. It doesn't take much at all, not nearly as much as it took to get it. They have fone a videoon this exact thing. I'd just keep enough activity, like walking, to keep the fat off.
@ababy60744 күн бұрын
If you want to just maintain, you only need a third to a fifth of the volume it took to gain it. Just keep up enough activity to keep the fat off. The guys have done a video on this too.

Talking about driving there is nothing more fun than driving highway 17 from San Jose to Santa Cruz early in the morning. You can fly down highway 17 with zero traffic. If you haven’t done it you should!

Can I do Maps15/Maps15 Performance at home only? Or do you have to incorporate going to the gym as well?

I got the MAPs 15 with MAPs Symmetry deal. Focus on MAPs 15 and added 1 compound lift (M/W/F) . So far so good not yet tried MAPs Symmetry yet. If you had pair to MAPs15 Performance with anther MAPs program, what would you recommend? Thanks for all the great content and have been enjoying learning and hanging out with guys on the Podcast. Hope you guys continue the training video blogs after Adam's done. (Maybe Sal is next.?)

Adam still banging on about the docu-series like it was a success 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 people are laughing at you, Adam 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 my days the roids have affected his cognitive abilities to such an extent that he thinks he has shown people how to work out 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I believe he has twigs for legs , he never shows them for that reason and it's a side effect of using roids. Upper body blows up and because people who use them can't be bothered training hard they skip leg day 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I’ve learned a lot from his docu series, I would even say I get inspired seeing him transform his body and hearing him pass down his wisdom on how to maintain a healthy body all year round and not for just a season like influencers do,….Hey Adam keep doing you bro! 🙏🤙 and don’t listen to somebody named egg-nigma 😂

I've learn loads watching Adam's work out. They are well filmed and edited well. It's great to see training in reality. No doubt your achievements surpass Adam's hence you feel able to ridicule someone who is putting his all into his ventures.
