Great race for Molly at the Olympics! I am a Notre Dame graduate from Arizona. I live in Phoenix. I was mainly a football player but had friends from cross-country who encouraged me to run as a hobby. I like to jog in Flagstaff in foothills south of town at Fort Tuthill Park. It's awesome that Molly trained in Flagstaff. I hope she wins gold in the next Olympics. I met Billy Mills in Phoenix back in the day. He won the 10k gold in 1964 - a Sioux Indian from South Dakota. I am Apache. When I was at ND the basketball coach was trying to recruit a 6'6" Navajo Rez ball star who went to Coconino HS in Flagstaff. Running and basketball are very popular on the "Rez".

@@illyarnajones540 I'm sure there are plenty of clubs around you? It's just different having a close group all the same pace to train with every day

Great video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We say that "you don't stop moving when you get old, you get old when you stop moving!" We are doing research for our new healthy-aging advice YT channel to inspire others. Learned a lot here! Thank you.

I wish your subscription was $15/mo instead of $30/mo. I would actually pay for it then. I want to support this awesome content.
