I love your ab workouts! I have been working out for years, but was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis, so have been hunting for safe ab exercises, to protect my spine, that are still challenging. I wasn't finding anything until I came across your amazing channel! Hooray!

Krissy hi! Wel manually went in and removed all middle ads. Maybe we skipped this one. Please let us know if it happens again . This is definitely not on purpose
