Let’s sculpt our entire body in just 10 minutes. If you don’t have a mini exercise ball, that’s okay! You can still do this workout using a full roll of toilet paper...but if you’d prefer using a ball, you can purchase yours on amazon (as I did) for just $7.99! It’s totally worth it as this prop is so versatile and really makes exercising that much more fun! The pilates ball is perfect for spicing up the exercises. Short but intense workout, I paired it with a 20’ hiit. Feeling all my muscles, just perfect 👍🏻

Wow. So playful, so fun, so good. Even though I had no gymnastic training whatsoever, I felt like I was doing rhythmic gymnastics and good at it!

I grabbed my young daughters soccer ball that was by the front door:) I did this twice, back to back, and loved the challenge of trying to not drop the ball! Thank you for your fun, challenging, and ever changing workouts. Keep up the great job!!

Really loved this one. I have the ball and never use it so it was great to have a ballet/inspired workout where I could use it. Please do more like this!!

The mini ball is my absolutely favorite prop to work out with, so I loved this workout! Especially that last exercise- it was great! It really challenged me to open up my chest and incorporate those back muscles that are usually so difficult to hit. Thank you!

The trick is to squeeze the ball that is where the muscle activation starts. The ball is the best prop ever!
