+John Maloney Do you think that democratic/communal decision-making is used in every single decision made by every single person in a co-op/community? If so, you're sadly mistaken. Decisions are communal only if their consequences are felt by the group. Whether an individual, or household, owns a computer probably doesn't fall into that category. Whether or not to make new workers in a co-op full partners is something most co-ops struggle with. Selfish interests lead people to exclude those that didn't "do the hard work", but this undermines the principles of a co-op. Look into Mondragon: it's been a worker co-op for 60 years, and must have dealt with this issue to their own satisfaction.

Give me a list of worker-owned companies please. I'm going to apply for work at one of those.

+Lazar Otasevic with decentralized crypto currencies on the rise, this should not be a problem in the co-ops being proposed
