World Affairs TODAY: Season 14, Episode 4 -Ambassador of Costa Rica

On February 6, 2018, the World Affairs Council-Washington, DC hosted an Ambassador Series with His Excellency Roman Macaya Hayes, Ambassador of Costa Rica to the United States.
Mr. Michael Shifter, president of the Inter-American Dialogue, served as discussant.
Ambassador Hayes discusses the relationship between Costa Rica and the United States, Costa Rican ties with other Latin American countries, and the role of Costa Rica on the world stage.
