The kill feed used to show who did the killing but it got changed recently, everyone is pretty annoyed and hopefully it'll change back soon! Be glad it your on PC that you don't have weather variants. They are trash and most players hate them. They just cut your view range down so you cannot see most tanks until you are right on top of them. Counter intuitively this causes camp fest games with ppl sniping and no one scouting (you would think ppl would be more aggressive if it's harder to be spotted, but no ppl are afraid to be caught out of position and turn a corner running into half the enemy team). We have been begging WG to either get rid of these maps of give us an option to turn them off to no avail.

We're supposed to have the Chieftain on PC. I unlocked a female crew member yesterday and I had to choose what tank to assign her to. I went to UK and Heavy Tanks, and the drop down list had the Chieftain, so I could've had her trained for the tank. Now if only I had the tank.

We also get a different sixth sense, which is "everyone gets sixth sense as it works on PC, if you get the perk you know when you are spotted instantly" as well as a different progression mechanic, groups of modules have to be unlocked and used together, less customisability, which is something I prefer about PC. We also get the KV-220-2 (bogatyr variant is quite common, and can sometimes be a pain to deal with especially if you are at tier 3 or 4) as a console store gift tank, special Girls und Panzer and Valkyria Chronicles tanks, and if you had Playstation Plus you could get the Panzer II J free (I did, didn't find it that fun, and sold it for the garage slot). We also still have the WT E-100, Lorraine 40t (at least last I checked, which was earlier this year) and E-25 available for gold, there is also no team damage, which means you don't need to be as careful especially in arty, and it is harder for the dicks to be dicks. We also get some different maps

I actually really enjoyed playing WoT early on on the Xbone. The gun camera shows the barrel of the gun which is really nice, the graphics look amazing honestly, and while being a similar game it feels totally different. I just can't be bothered to deal with the grind of the PC version as well as the Xbox Version

You've never played WoT on console, have you? The vast majority of players are older. The "console players are all 12 years old" stereotype only applies to games like Call of Duty. I'm in my 20's, and I'm still probably one of the younger people who use voice comms on WoT. I've never once heard a young kids voice and I've played WoT since the Xbox one release. Also, if anyone is making too much noise or you simply don't want to listen to them, you can simply open up the team screen and mute them. It takes literally 2 seconds.. But thanks for your ill-informed comment anyway.

Jingles, someone pointed this out already, but didn't really explain it. So I will clarify for anyone who has missed it: The Firefly you were looking at is actually a Premium version of the Firefly called the Boilermaker. It was released only a couple months ago as a promotional tank series, in-game. These tanks go along with the Darkhorse graphic novel series 'World of Tanks: Roll Out!'. Wargaming has released a new tank featured in the series each time a new issue is released. So far, there have been four such tanks: one Tier-5 StuG, two Tier-6's (the Boilermaker and the Cromwell 'Snakebite' *a light tank), and a Tier-7 Panther. Each tank is very similar to its non-premium counterparts, but with a few small tweaks. The most noticeable feature to these tanks is cosmatic. However; if you buy the tanks, they each come with a unique crew. They aslo each have at least one other feature to separate them from their siblings. The spare tracks on the Boilermaker, for example, are actually counted as spaced armor. The StuG, called 'The Hidden', actually has a better camo value than the AMX ELC, the E-25 or the Borsig.

War thunder on console is fun, but it is a bit unfair as we get the controls disadvantages due to our platform, but you still fight PC players on the same server. It makes playing in aircraft a very frustrating thing. I also couldn't get the control binds to work properly. WoT Console isn't as bad. I don't care what you play on, as long as you don't put people on other platforms below yourself. However that isn't platform vs platform, that's regular people vs dicks

As a console peasant its great to finally see you feature a console replay, and from another of the channels I watch as well! Its too bad you won;t be featuring many more though, I have this amazing crusader SP replay i was thinking of sending you. The kind where everything goes horribly wrong (it was me vs 3 at the end of the game). Unfortunately I recorded it on xbox dvr so I was only able to record the last 5 minutes of the game. That firefly was an event tank. While the console has the normal firefly, we also got the chance to earn the "boilermaker" which is a premium version of the standard firefly but with its own paint job.

When they move in the wind they keep moving and trying to shoot an angled tanks that is moving in and out of cover with the bushes also moving can get very painful very quickly. Hence all the threads about over powered grass in the forums.

But know that even though you're a PC WoT player, you are my go-to for reviews and critical looks at gameplay and armor. If you want something free I suggest Hitfilm 4 express. Free, and pretty powerful.

I use Shotcut, trying out Openshot until SC gets keyframes. There is absolutely no need to shell out 500$ for Vegas, especially when Lightworks and Davinci Resolve are both free and just as powerful or more. There's an ungodly amount of free software out there, everything from Movie Maker and similar alternatives, to Hollywood-level software (namely Lightworks).

I find Sony Movie Studio (a slimmed down version of Vegas) is really nice to use, and good enough for my needs (and not horrifically expensive). YMMV

I have used Shotcut for my action cam footage, but rendering has slow and been buggy (lot's of errors in the logs and, in case of the previous SC version, in the KZbin upload section). Plus I do not like how they do text-based filters (little means for consistency throughout the video, little control over stuff like font sizes). Currently I have installed a trial version of Corell Video Studio Pro X9, but I did not really use that one yet so I can not yet comment on that one (it is in the same price range as what Jingles uses though). Jingles uses Cyberlink PowerDirector, which is some €60 afaik. You are correct though that Vegas is wasting money on a Tesla 95P while a Chevy Bolt will be more than good enough.

The Firefly near the the beginning of the video is a premium variant called the Boilermaker, as well as the camo it also has a lot of spaced armour bolted to it. It's from the Dark Horse comics, along with the Snakebite Cromwell light tank and the Revenant Panther.

It was the firefly that was in the comic book series that war gaming linked to world of tanks, that is why the first Cromwell was called a snakebite (also the snakebite has faster top speed and reduced penetration so it can fulfill the job of light tank) Hopefully the console is working on a replay system

Hey Jingles, that firefly @ 2:33 is a special unique variant called "The Boilermaker" it is from the WoT comics, just like "The Revenant Kraft's" Panther, "The Hidden" StuG, and the "Snakebite" Cromwell, all of them have unique camo, detailed equipment added to the tank, and all that stuff that are just cosmetic. And i noted you mixed up the M41 with the M44.

Here is some info to clear things up. That Firefly is a premium tank called The Boilermaker. It is a cooperation between Dark Horse Comics and World of Tanks. Also included is the Snakebite, a Cromwell with special camo. Another is the Kraft Panther, a panther with the comedy gun and looks like it was blasted to bits. There are a whole bunch of tanks that only console has seen.

I like the fact that consoles don't tell you exactly which tanks are on the enemy team. Should be like clan wars, you know the number but that is all. Brings realism to the game. As soon as one is spotted then we know what it is.

From the wot comic book series. same as the Snake bite, Reverant Panther and The Hidden stug..... we also have a T 34-88 tank instead of the Rudy.. Also. Jingles, Ive been subscribed to your channel for ages and Im sure many will agree that your content is peerless so, thanks. I am a PC owner and, an xbox one owner. I play WOT on both platforms and, love it on BOTH platforms. My point is that surely its the gaming itself that matters and not the elitism that comes with owning a lovely shiny pc...even though I love my shiny pc.. Yes I agree that a good pc still outguns any console, and is more pleasurable to own due to the fickle almost self aware nature of the things, but as a 40 something, a console still fills a gap in the gaming landscape for me..... Keep up the excellent work sir..
