He hit my upper glacis at a 45 degree angle while I was backing off down a hill, with my hull tilted back, further increasing the frontal sloping. A shot from anything would have bounced at that kind of angle.

Sorry T62A my heart now belongs to the E50M! This thing is soooo amazing it makes the e50 look like crap by comparison. I honestly think I found my "soul tank." Got my 1st class mastery badge on my first game with the E50m.

The reason that HEAT rounds let you down a bit is because AP and APCR rounds have about a 8-10 degree shell normalization effect, while HE and HEAT rounds do not. The normalization effect reduces the effect of sloped armor by 8-10 degrees. Granted, HE and HEAT rounds come with their own advantages in that they don't lose any of their penetration potential during flight. While AP and APCR rounds may lose some effectiveness over flight, HE and HEAT penetration values stay constant over flight.

It improves every skill every one of your crewmen has, it's like having an extra set of Improved Vents. I usually let them all get their first skill to 100% then swap it for BIA and start over with their second skills.

I put up equipment on my E-50M like on my E-50, Rammer, vents, stabilizers for drive-bys, which this thing can do better and put up snap shot on my gunner, smooth ride and controlled impact on my driver so it's just awesome on the move. Combined with that traverse and best armor for the mediums - awesome. It's also very good for sniping, best accuracy in the whole game. Very good video and review!

one warm notice, Fire power does not exist in british until tier 7 or 8, they use 75mm gun usually and they're meant to be the ultimate SUPPORT tanks in the game.

If you look inside your World of Tanks folder on your computer there's a "replays" folder. Just double click on the files inside that folder. Make sure the game is NOT running before you do.

It's not premium ammo. All the Tier 10 mediums shoot APCR for credits. The premium ammo on these tanks is HEAT.

Well to be fair to that Arty player, in this case I wasn't too pissed off about it. There's a good chance he saved me from the Obj268, and he did apologise about the splash damage. He was also vocal earlier in asking other players to back off so he could help them. This time I can't really whine too much about it.

This tank shines with the right modules, crews skills and perks. I put optics on mine and it can see anything out to 525m and sniper killing machine.

actually those weren't bounces in the second replay (some of them weren't) the were penetrations that just didin't do any damage. you can notice it from the screen turning to a bit like orange colour

Hey Jingles. Have you ever thought about Vertical Stabilizer lowering the effective aiming time? You always talk about it as if it's only good when ON THE MOVE, but haven't you thought about the 20% lower effective aiming time? I mean when you move, your crosshair will always be 20% less than it would have been without the stabilizer, and thus it will take 20% less time to fully aim! And that's what makes smooth ride so good for me too :)

I think the VK outperforms the 50M in their own tiers, but that doesn't mean the E50M isn't worth it. It's a great tank, but it really does bleed money.

you do realize that having a platoon of them destroys anything. I've seen clans employ the tactic of 6-7 Bchats + T110e5s and e50ms. The e50ms and T110e5 hold the enemy while the batchats flank and destroy 4-5 people in a single run

Surprisingly, the medium E-50 Ausf. is heavier than the tier X american heavy tank (T110E5). E-50 weights 62 t., T110E5 weights 53 t. I think both of them belong to the same class of mix tanks. But the advantage is for the E-50, that is faster and more agile than the american.

The E-50M driven well is a very scary opponent. I have a great crew and from over +400m I will kill anyone and walk away from it laughing as long as arty isn't in the mix. You can angle the hull and put 450+ damage shots all day into weak points with little effort. I had an Is-7 bounce 4 shots and one miss in a row as I ripped into him for 5.

You said in the airport replay at 21:30 the tanks had not shown on the map earlier, check around B7at 19:30 and B5 at 20:25 . I think the Löwe seen them. I did not say you could have to change anything at all, but it might have been better to watch them instead of the 12t.

Atm got the e50 with 100 controlled impact and 80 offroad driving. It's a ramming monster. W132 dead by goin 40 and hitting its side. Dealt almost 900 dmg to an is7 once while sustaining only 300 myself

APCR loses it's effective penetration faster then AP with increase in distance. HEAT does not mind travel distance at all as long is it connects.

HEAT ammo, is a Armour piercing High Explosive. Kills crew damages/destroys modules. use it to annoy the shit out of your enemies and possibility to kill entire crew.

The really good players use it to spot, and its speed to get around the map where it can hold up weak spots. it should be played as a sniper from cover. if your opponent is stupid to come rushing you, that is great. I found dont charge full speed, but rather stop and shoot. they hit your tracks moving and you spin like a top. something I do to one charging me. they will always stop with their side to the enemies guns.

Get 100% Controlled Impact - it is really amazing on this tank. I just rammed a patton for 550 dmg (I got < 100 myself). Combine it with one of those 440 dmg shots and tanks go away really quickly.

panther is less agile than other meds, and is supposed to play as sniper, cause it lacks punch to fight in close range, also, frontal fires +engine dmg=heavy with firepower and armour of med

Ignore your team mates.. E 50m driver here. Just do your own thing in pubs to win..... more or less listen to your bc in cw. Short version: pubs - only look at whats being pinged on map. Cw listen to what bc wants. :-)

Love that tank. Congrats. But going through the E-50 without the 1200 hp engine and only with the 88 mm gun is to much for me to take. I will try to research the engine once I unlocked the E-75 and then I maybe give the E-50 another try, but that will take a couple months if not years I guess.

thats what a heavy tank user would say! ;) i love my panther, and im planing to keep it! ur not seeing the potencial of it, it is a great sniper that can brawl like a proper medium! its one of the tanks i most like playing! and the armour its not paper thin, not the strongest but i still get a lot of bounces when angled properly!

Mediums are more difficult to play than heavies, but if you do well, playing a medium is much more rewarding. Besides, there is a reason why heavy tanks aren't being developed anymore. ;)

also what heavy tank user would say! i dont care about the alpha damage, its the dpm i care about! its 135 dmg sure, every 4 secs! while you may have 350-400 dmg per shot, you have to make sure you hit me while im moving/hiding and etc, kuz in a 1vs1 battle, i would already tracked and imobilized you by that time! if you miss your shot, i can shoot up to 3 times and change pos while you're reloading. im certain that you would care if something like that happened, kuz i never miss a shot! ;)

my experience in my E50m is not quite good, 87 win 87 loose....always ended up having to fight close quarter with heavies due to the mm..cant play sniping because team mate going crazy on me saying i'm camping...fuhh....you have any advice and tips?

Because the armor is paper against most tier 7 tanks, its not agile, the guns alpha damage sucks and its huge. The only good things are; great penetration and accuracy =d
