Liamv4696 this tank is nowhere as OP as e25. It is clumsier, without pre MM, less accurate gun, HEAT instead of APCR, and a huge hull compared to e25 once again. I take e25 anyday over this abomination of a tank. We will see how people will fare using this against tier 10s.

FLYBOY805 That tank is not about the speed, its about the RoF. If you have a good crew and load out on that tank, you can break into the four seconds per shot area. Which just destroys other tanks if you catch them out in the open.

This mobility is something which makes this vehicle a potential pickup for me... I did like the JagdTiger 88 but mostly for its credit making and that 4-5 second reload / fantastic rate of fire.. The Kanonenjagdpanzer will be as you say much more useful in the late game.. Informative as always QB!

QuickyBabyTV He is right though QB, you *seem* to be pushing these new non-pref MM tanks in your channel and not showing top tier gameplay they will face. You did this with the Japanese Tiger and somewhat with this TD. Not jumping on you for it, just saying these things will be cannon fodder in a top tier match and even with you being a very good player you have problems playing them in top tier matches also. So for the avg player these are nothing more than $ sinks for WG because they will simply get wrecked game after game.

Magoskillz Magoskillz Re-read what I said, and stop making presumptions. I have 24k battles in almost 3 years of WoT, and prem tanks that have no pref MM have the worst tank stats tier for tier in the game, for good reason. My comments were made constructively, unlike you I dont have my nose up QB's ass. I deal in reality and reality is WG is trying to make more $ from trash prems like this because the RU servers arent producing the cash flow they used to. That is because WG ties in all of the servers worldwide into the US dollar and the ruble has lost a lot of value vs. the USD. Get a few more games under your belt, take off the rose colored glasses, then get back to me on how well you are doing with this steaming pile of crap in top tier battles.

Well, my educated opinion is that they have to be *VERY* careful to not simply create another E-25. This TD is very similar to that machine and good players will be able to pull off some nice miracles with it. Looking forward to see what you think of the new Scoutpanzer

The way i look to this thing, it's the bigger brother of the E-25 "terror tank". With that the penetration went up and the speed went up. This only to be even more terrorizing to enemy tanks of every kind. This tank is great for mobile players that do not like to stick around in one place and maybe even want to go out for the offense. Just like a full platoon of E-25's. if you got well playing friends/members. It's an instant victory. (and maybe a bit to much power in that case)

A note on the HE round: this is basically the same HE round that the RU 251 uses, and while I don't necessarily recommend using it against everything you see, I have had some hilarious lucky roles while spamming this poor man's HESH in the 251--e.g., penning a T-54's side for 350 damage. I suggest spending some time in armor inspector, looking for weak points that the HE can pen. If you use it wisely, it can be nasty--and lots of fun.

QuickyBabyTV , you should just refer to the tank as KaJaPa in the future. That is how the tank was called in the Bundeswehr or German Army, it remained in service well into the early 2000 as an observation tank (gun was removed) and it was converted into the Raketen Jagdpanzer (in service until the mid 90's) with the anti tank missile system HOT. I am excited that WG is releasing another tank that I used to wrench on, the other being the Leopard 1. I will add this TD to my garage for sure. Keep up the good work, cheers.

I loved it on the test server it's like an E-25 on steroids sadly that minor boost in it's pen and no Pref MM means it's going to struggle in Tier 10 games on close quarter maps. Didn't really get to have much fun with it as majority games were filled with the usual T10 and spamming gold lot that hang out on the test server.

This looks pretty much like an E-25 with bigger gun on tier 8. I think it's comperable with AMX ELC bis on its tier :)

What about the camo rating on this new TD? Does it also have the un-nerfed camo rating when shooting, which the E-25 and SU-122-44 still have after the nerf a few patches ago? I feel like this can make a great difference when working with bushes against heavy tanks of equal/higher tier with bad view range.

Everyone keeps comparing the gun to the 90mm on the RU 251 when it is obviously more keen to the 90mm on the Indien-panzer.

I have both the Jagdtiger 88 and Kanonenjagdpanzer, and find comparing them to be very difficult, as they are so very different, and need completely different tactics. As long as the opposition don`t spot the Kanonen, when you don`t have somewhere to retreat to, it`s pretty good. Personally, though, I favour the armour on the Jagdtiger over the mobility of the Kanonen.

The front of the tank very much looks like an e25 but with the decent gun fitted in the ru 251 and the speed of a light tank. To be honest from a side view it looks more like an object 704 rather than a jag panzer 4

I think this will be a great TD, but I wished the gun was better with reload time, pen and accuracy. Maybe put it at .33 accuracy, somewhere not too much over the current pen, and a 5 second reload time? It'll be the new, tier 8 E25.

Basically the E-25 and the 8,8 Jagdtiger had a child. Small, fast, and slim like the E-25 but has the tier MM, Beautiful RoF 240 Alpha gun like the Jagdtiger.. I want this tank on the xbox version now :(.

This could be an addition to my garage, but for sure it wont replace my JaTi88. Although i love the RU251/highly mobile tanks and the Kanonenjagdpanzer is simply a RU without turret + little pen buff but WORSE dpm, the JaTi88 is still great. Pumping out i highly precise shell for 240dmg every 4,27 secs and having real armor (hide the LGP e.g. by using a dead KaJgPz ^^^) is just great :) Set a course wisely...and just drive through the enemies while wrecking them on the move. Or use the excellent view range (with my crew and setup it has 545m "view range", so i will spot the enemy earlier at the 445m limit ;))

Thats one I will probably buy being fast and sneaky is fun, Already have the Jagdtiger 88 so thats my crew training needs sorted for the Ferdinand Jagdtiger and so on. If they do remove the JT88 it would be a pity its so usefull having a premium with the same crew configuration for training.
