Hey Sea Lord, you can keep your pc from turning into a jet engine by limiing the FPS in port through changing a value in the prefences.xml file. Potato Quality did a video on that with a step-by-step guide.

It was removed within like 4 weeks. Most fun moment was, when I dev striked 4 cruisers with 5 salvos. On the other side, I got a lot of detonations from torps into the bow. The only more broken T4 was the Arkansas. You could add the same modules like T10 ships, so you outranged most ships, even in a T5 battles.

The other OP tier4 BB is the ArkansaB , somehow you can slot all the tier10 modules on that ship, so you can build into range and accuracy or secondary

I believe it got a very favorable (almost negligible) vertical dispersion, along with its excellent horizontal dispersion. And survivability benefits from having almost no superstructure, giving DD's a hard time with the shooty.

Nice to see a video of this old crate. Nikolai I was my first premium ship ever, i got her for money because she`s so ugly that she`s beautiful. A gun platform with a minimum of superstructure, only what is really needed. I had bno clue how powerful she could be and was surprised when i deleted a cruiser with my very first salvo. I was just flabbergasted. My personal damage record with her was 160K with a kraken, but the opponent team asked for it. Most BB`s showing broadsides, it was a tier 4 - 5 battle with 2 Giulio Cesare in the opponent team, both showing broadside. Deleted both with one salvo each at a range around 6 - 8 KM. Giulio Cesare: "i`m called a broken OP ship". Imperator Nikolai I: "hold my beer". Maybe i`ll take her out again and see how she performs in late 2024.

For tier V she is very good, but just like October Revolution, she is a vicitm of her reputation. I've seen this thing misplayed horribly. I've seen so many people giving full broadside in this ship, it isn't even funny. But when angled, she is nearly invulnerable, and her only real flaws are top speed and AA.

Yeah, and you don't need to show broadside. 9 guns front with great angles. The AA, well at T4 it's all pretty much dudes with Tokarovs throwing potatoes at planes.

How could you not mention that it has an honest-to-goodness ice breaker bow? Not just armored strips along the cheeks of the bow, but the real steel ship had a bow designed for icebreaking. It was several months ago, but I also got the Imperatur Nikolai I in a supercontainer Getting this ship gave me hope of being favored with a Konig Albert.

I've had Nikolai since 2018, and have the 'Rasputin' Halloween camouflage to go with it. I tell you; when you have the Halloween camo on and fire off a broadside, they are nothing short of music to the ears.

It was a Svetlana, not a Danae. Svetlana is insanely tanky for a T4 cruiser, has armored strips everywhere. Also imagine this level of consistent guns, put them at T5 on a fast, agile, stealthy platform and you will have a glimpse of what Giulio Cesare is.

This ship used to fight t6 in the old match maker. everything there panicked when the nicolai came. And that ship was only sold ONCE! After that you can only get it in santa or a lucky super ... ITS SO SO BROKEN... lol. the 2.0 sigma at this tier is insane!

I got this from an Easter Egg Super Container at the end of April. I got the regular Kamikaze the same way as you did mid July. Sometimes the stars align. Brawls are T4 atm so that might be where all your opponents were.

I still don't think it's too strong or needed removed because it does have weaknesses that can be exploited. Especially your anti-area capabilities which are probably just 10 guys with rifles out on Deck hoping

I also managed (don't know how) to citadel a Danae with an HE round from my Isokaze (I play it a lot in brawls since my only other remaining T4s are Phoenix and Ishizuchi). I had to check battle results to be sure, but I don't use guns on Isokaze much (very slow reload) and I had 11 HE hits out of 18 shots fired and no AP fired, so it had to be an HE round.

That ship was friggin OP at first, except against CVs. Your natural preys are cruisers of course, you simply delete them if you aim correctly. First three turrets facing foreward means tou don't have too much difficulties when charging, expecially with that nice angle. Of course in Brawls, half of the ships in the MM on the EU server were Nikolais

The combination of being among the shortest gun range of tier 4 and also among the slowest ships will make you waste long minutes before you can shoot at anything. And if you have a CV who is aware that the Nicolai has zero AA, he will harass the Nicolai and nothing else.

Ran into a Nikolai I yesterday in Brawls. I knew that to have this ship, this had to be a veteran player. I can't recall ever running into a Nikolai I before, but it's been a long time since I played T4. The guy dodged multiple torps from my Isokaze from close range (I did end up hitting him with 3 torps) and ended up killing me, but as he turned right before killing me, he gave broadside to my teammate in an Arkansas B coming around a nearby island and died right then. Match over. Turned out that this guy had a win rate in Randoms of over 58%, unicum level, with over 6000 battles and a very early start date. My win rate is nowhere near that. Every other player was roughly the same (high 40s to low 50s). How does this guy end up in the same brawl with the rest of us? I thought MM was supposed to match players by ability for brawls? I would think win rate in randoms would be the primary way to judge this. Lucky you, Sea Lord, for getting one of these in a supercontainer. I don't get that kind of luck.

I started playing the game right before they removed it from sail, but i picked up the Marblehead instead of this back when i started playing as my first premium. I WISH I’d gone for this ship. Question: Are you going to buy the Halloween Rasputin camo for it? You should, it changes the look of the ship and the sound of the guns, the guns on the Rasputin camo sound really good, you should be able to pick it up from the Exterior tab in port.

I think it's a bit of a stretch to call the Impregnator a real steel ship. She was launched but never completed and the configuration depicted in the game is speculative - albeit highly plausible. Frustratingly, if you gave the ship a flush deck and rearranged the secondaries slightly but otherwise left her unchanged then you would have the Imperatritsa Mariya class battleships of which three were built and two had actual careers during WW1. I used to have this ship but I stopped playing it because playing it felt so unfair and you always got focused to hell to moment anyone saw you.

Remember you are playing a nerf ship, and still too strong. When it was realise, the only ships were the USA ships and the japanise ships, so it was too strong in that days, get nerf i think 2 updates after the realise of the ship and after 2 more updates, was removed from the shop.
