Haha our resident bug/glitch finder shiki thinks this is pretty much it. There are currently some TAS only strategies though. As a human they are pretty tough and would re-route the entire run again lol

Yeah I'm trying to decide what I want to do next, it does say sub 10 on the sum of best but it's incorrect by about 20-30 seconds right now. So it's closer to 10 minutes. That would be really tough

Wow, I'd love to watch this run at sgdq again seeing as the time has pretty much been halved! Seeing your dedication and skill definitely inspires me to keep returning to this awesome game even though I've already dumped in hundreds of hours and done almost everything. Im curious if you ever have the urge to play through the game normally and experience all the quests again. When was the last time you did this?

I always have the urge to do that 😅 im trying to make time for it so I can do more honour mode. The last time i played all the way through the game normally was the 3 man honour mode streams. About 2 years i think

I discovered a weird bug today with a gift bag feature. If you get master thief, then go invisible before sneaking, then pickpocket someone and don't take anything, you become invisible while pickpocketing, but if you wait like 20 seconds after opening the inventory of the person you are pickpocketing, then travel to a waypoint... (I think it has to be the Lady Vengeance in act 2, so only some waypoints work) you have an invisible that doesn't have a duration (t will last until you does something that breaks sneak/invis. Doubt it's all that good for any%, but for anyone doing full runs of the game, this could be pretty useful!

If you watch near the end I backlash to him and he teleports to the end of the game, skipping the braccus encounter.

Hitting windego starts the cutscene where everyone gets knocked down and the boat is on fire. This cutscene also transports Gil (the dwarf sitting at the table) to the top deck in the life boat. Hitting Gil with a poison flask means he will take damage while he is in the lifeboat since he is moving to the life boat during the fade to black. If Gil takes any sort of damage while in the life boat, the game plays the 'kraken attacks cutscene' which ends the tutorial boat. It's a bit hard to explain but basically the game is forced to play all its cutscenes by doing stuff between 0:43 and 0:53
