Will be interesting to try these. I had some creative earbuds. They were great and lasted years! How do these compare to the Status Between ANC?
@mikeevans73819 ай бұрын
This is the future of wireless earbuds and headphones these drivers are tiny compared to regular ones. The other earbuds in this comparison are quite a bit more expensive I would have put them up against the Nothing 2s, JBL Live pro2s, One+ Buds Pro 2. But they still did pretty good in my opinion. Thanks Aaron you're channel is one of the best. 💯👍🇺🇸

Thanks for watching as always. If this becomes the standard I'm excited to see what manufacturers do with the extra space.
@jnturner5069 ай бұрын
On the samples they sound great, but bud manufacturers need to realize that a lot of us use them for working from home, so mic and transparency are vital features (I only use ANC on planes, 2x or 3x a year) - and the Airpods kill them on both mic and transparency...
@serrael-1829 ай бұрын
The aerpods are in general very good. I wish they were cheaper. :D

While i do agree with the anc off to ambient it built that way for aound. if you use anc off sometimes it provides the rhe best quality with out messing up the music. One thing you forgot to mention is the calls. If you start in anc mode with a call you are stuck in that mode till the call ends or you hang up. Well this goes for anymode so if you are in a cafe like i was an aome one calls but you had just switched to ambient you will be stuck . Another thing to is anc is good but def not for wind when running. Like ill go out side, an have to put the volume almost all the way up an wind still gets through. One last thing would. They def allow you to hear aounds youd never hear before true an i love it for that relistening to old songs again how ever it doesn't get the loudest. I just got my perl pros an i can listen to them at all the way down to 20 percent an if i am out and about i can play around with 40 to 50 percent an it be great still. Ceeative def gotta bump the colume up to arouns 70 for good listening. So its def on the lower side for volume. Oh yeah an if you wanna talk on the phone can only be done in one ear the left one, the right one for some odd reason nobody can hear me even though it has mics in both . I could hear the other person in the right one but they couldn't hear me Def atill great device youll get your moneys worth on sound. An compared to my perl pros they almost sound as good

They’re a little rough around the edges but they’re also at least $100 less than premium earbuds so I can forgive the shortcomings- sound detail is amazing, they’re light in the ear and secure too
@serrael-1829 ай бұрын
What do you mean more specific with rough around the edges?

@@serrael-182 There's a few parts to this. First, the Qualcomm chipset is one of the best on the market but it only supports a high quality AptX Adaptive and AptX Lossless on certain devices. Samsung and Apple are not included. Second, there is no in-ear detection, head tracked spatial audio, or Google Fast Pair. This set can only seem to pair with a few devices at a time before it forgets some and then they need to be removed and paired all over again. Second, this set has a plasticy case and tacky status lights on the stem which I think looks a lot cheaper than other flagship wireless buds on the market. Third, the ANC is not very good and squeaks when the microphones are covered such as when adjusting the fit. Once the earbuds are in, it works pretty well fortunately. So if you want supreme sound quality, AptX Lossless with compatible Snapdragon Sound device, and can ignore some of the smarter features on other buds, they are well worth the price Most of these issues are Qualcomm earbud issues and aren't Creative's fault.
@joelsharrock77329 ай бұрын
@@serrael-182 eg the touch controls are at the top of the stem, there’s no pinch or slide you’re just hitting the top of the stem, the transparency feels a little unnatural but is serviceable, some small connectivity issues- nothing major, just some things you probably wouldn’t find with more expensive earbuds- the main benefit is they sound great and you’re not having to put a large earbud in your ear to make that happen, unlike something like the az80 or xm4

Interesting review! Random thing, based on the Developer Options screen you showed, you were using AptX Lossless, as the sample rates were 24/44. It's simply one of the three modes modern Adaptive is capable of, like 24/48 and 24/96, but it doesn't have its own dedicated option. Sony just don't promote it as they have their LDAC. But at least they include it unless Samsung! I had a Sony Xperia 1 IV for a while and it was the same there! And Zenfone 10, which touts Lossless out front, shows the same screen in my experience.

I agree on the sound but I'm not sure how the Ace 2 stacks up against the Ace. In theory there should not be a difference but one cannot be sure. I bought the Ace instead of Ace2 because on paper, the difference is AptX Lossless which I do not have a device for so I thought I'd save the money if they are supposed to sound the same. But I cannot be sure now. I also had problems with the sound when ANC is on whereby whenever I am on the bus or some transport that vibrates and jerks, I hear an additional vibration/ringing sound that just completely affects the overall sound quality. Does that hapoen to the Ace 2?
@woofinu9 ай бұрын
I couldn't tell from the audio samples, but does "fastest transient response" mean that it's better at blocking unpredictable noise? As I understand it, it's relatively easy to block continuous humming noise like a fan or plane engine, but harder to block fluctuating noise like conversations. Faster responses are better for unpredictable sounds. Are these earbuds like that?
@aaronloudnwireless9 ай бұрын
It wasn't referring to active noise canceling, rather the speed at which the speaker membrane starts and stops. Kind of like how fast a car can reach top 100mph from a state of rest.

The disappointment was that they wouldn't stayed paired to my phone even after several factor resets. Two different phones (One Plus 8 & Samsung S22 Plus. I ended up returning them☹️
