Important to note: B1 increases demand for B2, but adding B2 may not do anything if there is an underlying iodine, selenium, and/or molybdenum deficiency. As most are iodine deficient and unaware of it, adding iodine-iodide such as Iodoral can be extremely helpful. Very important to check into this, as iodine (as well as selenium and molybdenum) is necessary to activate B2. A B1 therapy "crash" can be avoided or fixed by having enough of these other important cofactors.

OMG! I just found this channel and started looking into it recently. I had what I could only imagine was fibromyalgia (never DX) but had pain EVERYWHERE didn't even want to wake up and get out of bed most days, and had brain fog and fatigue. Started eating No Sugar No Grain and taking the recommended brand B vitamin (thiamine), magnesium-threonate, and normal vitamin D and most of the pain went away. Went from a constant 7-8/10 to an intermittent 2-3/10, disk issues are there but don't prevent me from living. Now I feel like I'm in my 20's. There are channels that are good and then there are channels that are a public service, this is the latter. This is the place to start for those who are looking for answers and don't want to get caught in the prescription drug cycle!

It is because of your information I found in 2021, I started to take B1...I believe along with omegas, increasing red meat, try to reduce stress and homeopathy my health "feeling" has improved in digesting carbs better. 100%, I didn't think about oxalates when I started eating ancestrally. But now when I've cut out the high oxalate fruit and berries, I've noticed how the cells could start dumping what they had stored. Now I'm also going for B1. Going to be interesting seeing if I feel ay difference. I've eaten too many carbs in my previous years without any good supplementation of B-vitamins
@dprice81
@dprice81 Жыл бұрын
@@Juznik1389 carbohydrates are the body's preferred energy source, ketones don't work as effectively. Carbohydrates also lower cortisol, the body's stress hormone (as does magnesium and B12) Ditching carbs is a bad idea as long as you're not getting all your carbs from junk food. What's a better idea instead is to make sure you have all the right minerals and enough glycine to properly metabolise and use sugar properly. Sugar metabolism needs enough copper, magnesium, chromium, zinc, and sunshine. Glycine is made internally at 3g but a study found 15 g is needed if recycling glycine properly and possibly as high as 36 if not recycling it well. The average person gets 3-5g in their diet leaving everyone with a shortage of 7-9 grams and worse if poor recycler or bad genes that are preventing internally making of glycine by the body. You can either get extra glycine from bone broth, jello, or gelatin supp or just get some glycine powder. Not a doc. As always use caution and do own research

I am drinking I always make sure I drink plenty of water and food Rich in B1 however sources tell me alcohol does let your body absorb B1. As well so don't take it when boozing as I said I am working on the issue of alcohol however I resumed my regimen when sober it's a struggle however I want to point out and emphasize that alcoholism was the main cause of my B1 deficiency!!!B1 has helped quite a lot in these 2 weeks my shortness of breath is decreased my appetite is back my sleep is getting better so I will continue B1 and will continue to work on the main cause of B1 deficiency Alcohol !! B12 definitely is depleted by heavy alcohol use...the symptoms of B12 depletion are breathlessness, feeling cold in tge extreme, feeling very anxious and getting nerve pain and very often bad lower back pain. There's some very interesting research and practical use of high doses of vit C and B12 and other vitamins in rehabilitation centres in Germany. Once people got all the vit and mineral deficiencies sorted they found the craving for alcohol went away.. The mental aspects of addiction are another side of any addiction issues too but at least if you can get your body deficiencies corrected first it will make you stronger and able to deal with the mental aspects in time. Best of luck in your journey.

Can HARDLY believe I am STRONGLY considering this usage. After all I KNOW that mega-dosing big pharmas so-called vitamin C has caused massive deaths from cancer world-wide in spite of how many claim it is just wonderful for the common cold, etc. Linus Pauling, wife Ava, and their GP doctor were the first THREE to megadose such...all of them passed away from CANCER from what their program was doing to their bodies. Yet here I am STRONGLY considering using this guys protocol in the video, something I have known about for around 3-4 years now or so. Makes me wonder if I will get lucky on this one. Strange world we all live in let me add. I can imagine SOME of you may be clueing in a little bit about how this works, after all Linus was BRILLIANT at one time, his FOUNDATION he left also is very favorable towards megadosing big pharmas B1. Yet they still have zero clue about how Linus killed both himself and wife, and doctor on his advice (with cancer). They STILL promote his absolutely deathly rich industrialist mindset that is ENSCONCED in megadosing a horrible made in a lab chemical like made from GMO corn vitamin C. Also I CLAIM THIS CLEARLY knowing what is contained in the CLINICAL GUIDE TO THE USE OF VITAMIN C by Dr. Klenner. I know it can be used to save lives according to that manual. Yet still what I have claimed very CLEARLY by connecting all the dots I have about Linus, and crew dying from cancer from the same POT of ideas STANDS. I would LOVE it if some of the more knowledge-able doctors on these topics COULD understand at least some of my words...seems like they are too busy with their businesses (money) more than the HEART of the matter...and that truly disappoints me because I am RARELY extremely a good person per se...yet in this area I appear as an utter saint compared to any greed-monger for sure!@@honobuyonezawa2054

I've had severe fibromyalgia for 37 years and really appreciate how you call it what it really seems to be, dysautonomia. Before seeing your videos and due to neuropathy, I have been taking 150 mgs. Benfotiamine for several years with no change. I recently raised it to 600 mgs. and it helped my neuropathy some. I raised it to 1,200 mgs. and that is helping the depression, and I would do just about anything to ease that, since it is far worse than my worst physical symptoms. The problem is that my neuropathy was originally caused by B6 toxicity from taking a B50 complex that was prescribed for me. B6 does build up in the body, unlike the other B vitamins, and I have been told by the neurologist to never, ever take more than the RDA of B6 again. She told me she wished she had a dollar for every case of B6 poisoning she'd treated that year! It took a year of severe insomnia and other symptoms for the pain to even become bearable, and I am afraid to take B complex again, but realize I cannot continue to take such high doses of thiamine without taking the whole B complex also. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what did you do to handle it?

I have been writing in these forums for years about something I just did again here. Very little knowledge on any of these topics I have asked for has been forthcoming...instead all I basically got was attacking and disbelieved. I wish you well in seeking your answers for this question. I am quite sure that you will do better than I have in the past. Hopefully now that I have put a new POST above under the video I can get some more data to assist in making good choices. Basically it IS SIMILAR to your request in that it is casting suspicion on many of BIG PHARMAS practices, highlighting in specific how megadosing something like artificial vitamin C (often made from GMO corn now) caused the demise of the first THREE practitioners of such from cancer which were Linus Pauling, his wife, and their GP doctor. Of coarse the foundation of the same name (Pauling Inst.) claims that megadosing C & B1 are beneficial. If someone wants to state that clearing away a common cold in the short term is worth dying from snowballing massive cancer formations as per the usual, I would state DO MORE RESEARCH about long term effects obviously. You should start with the deaths of the first THREE adherents. So the FACT that big pharma has a lot to answer for in the deaths of these three is clear...yet ON THE OTHER SIDE of the coin there is also something known as THE CLINICAL GUIDE TO THE USE OF VITAMIN C, a short free online book written by a Dr. Klenner basically. In that manual you can learn how to SAVE lives with big pharmas artificial vitamin C made in a lab. So remember I know BOTH sides of this situation...I doubt that the wonderful doctor in the video above who seems to be so super helpful to others even knows HALF of one of the sides...that is where I am at now...yet I am SLIGHTLY desperate, so NUTTY as I am I am even considering taking a chance on high B1...yet there is a part of me that it just rubs the wrong way...like there has to be some kind of long term desasterous thing this more or less white coat in the video (oenutition) is promoting IMO...believe me I wish it were otherwise! Honestly world is garbage enuf with all the nonsense, how about just this once we get lucky and the guy in the video is actually doing OTHER than people like Linus pauling was (causing people to die basically in the long term). I really hope for some BENEFIT for everyone here, I honestly do, things could use some GOOD change for us all :)

I was just wondering what form of b6 you were taking? I have neuropathy in my feet that developed from a bad reaction to a blood pressure medication years ago. I took various b complex vitamins not realizing the pyridoxine form of b6 can be harmful but that the form pyridoxal 5 phosphate is safe and shouldn’t cause this issue. I take the Thorne brand which is good quality. Do some research on this type of b6 and see if it is helpful. Take care.

@@nclibrarian8766- I studied Naturopathy, so I knew to take only the P5P form of B6, but still was not taught that Vit. B6 is not flushed out like other B vitamins, and the Neurologist who diagnosed my B6 poisoning told me. Also, if you have any MTHFR gene mutations it can build up to dangerous levels, along with B9 if it's in folic acid form. I have 2 mutations, and there are 4 of them in total. 60% of people have at least one. People with fibromyalgia seem to have at least 2 of them. The B Complex I was told to take had 50 mgs. of each B vitamin. The Neurologist told me never to take more than the RDA of B6 again, which I believe is about 2 mgs. When I developed neuropathy, I was taking the prescribed brand 3 x daily as prescribed for Lyme, or 150 mgs. of B6 per day. When tested, my B6 level was more than 5 times over the upper end of normal. If I had it to do over, I would try Standard Process, since they use the natural forms in tiny amounts. Now, I use an SL form of B complex which is only a bit above the RDA and I cut them in half. I'm glad the P5P is working for you without issues.

If you are worried about the b6 in b-complex supplements,just buy your other b vitamins separately and don't take any b6. I had a similar situation and I just started buying my b vitamins separately and taking them that way without any b6. Also,the p5p form of b6 can be a safer option as it has less of a chance of becoming toxic.

Along the way I have realized that stresses cause your body to use up several vitamins and nutrients and you may not know this and are suffering because you're eating Comfort foods high in sugars and are processed with terrible ingredients added including the incorrect types of vitamins and mineeals which make it worse. I just ran onto this guy's videos but I've been watching Dr Eric Berg's videos on KZbin for quite a while and I suggest you check him out too.

Why coke and sweets doesn’t fix it: They say after cold plunge it’s best to give the body time to produce it‘s own heat again. (Except if it got too cold 🥶/ hypothermia). Likewise after being stressed You should rest Yourself to get blood flow back from the muscles to the gut, organs, liver, *brain* And to anti-oxidize (renew) the cells and cell-function (mitochondria). Why I compare cold and stress? We went out (exercise) into the cold (weather/wind) to hunt (problem solve), then eat, digest, rest from it, meditate, paint 🎨 on the walls, socialize 😊

Because, when body doesn't get sufficient amount of thiamine, our body produce thiamine either from sulphur or Silicon. Later deficiency of sulphur and or Silicon will be there. For many treatments that are recommended on the internet, there are many enthusiasts, but there are also some people who were damaged from them. Mostly, these people dont spend further energy to post comments to content... partially because the enthusiasts typically outnumber the victims. Well I got severe damage that I could not recover from for years. I would in general recommend a BIG amount of caution and some deep breathing before you decide to apply any of these therapies, especially overdosing. Take care.

I wonder which foods, preferably relatively convenient ones (little to no preparation) are especially good to have ALONGSIDE (or with) vitamin supplements that recommend to take "with food". For examples: butter, yogurt, goat milk kefir, boiled eggs (made ahead of time, for convenience sake), tablespoon of coconut oil, avocado oil (of high and verified quality), fish oil (supplemental omega 3 fatty acids), are some "quick foods" that come to mind. I know that raw egg whites have some components in it that seriously block / inhibit the absorption or effectiveness of certain B-vitamin-related nutrients (Biotin, or Choline?). Do *cooked* egg whites simply block LESS (?), or does the cooking process fully neutralize the problematic blocking properties? (which could interfere with optimal use of the highly important and pricey supplements). I would appreciate it if anyone could share what they've learned on this general subject. Thanks! I'm wondering if some components in dairy - convenient as it is - might block or inhibit ideal utilization of certain vitamin supplements? But maybe butter or ghee is relatively better? And how much food is good to have them with? A very small portion OK? How about: bone broth (a "liquid food"), with butter on the side? Could that be a good way to take vitamins with food? Or could the *supplements* block (interfere with!) the optimal effectiveness of ingesting the bone broth? I take the latter (drink the bone broth) for hopes of it helping with joint pain, and with rebuilding connective tissue over time.

From what I have gathered it is the avidin in raw egg whites that block the absorption of biotin and cooking destroys the avidin so a cook egg white should not hamper biotin absorption.

ZERO and with little hope for recovery as my body is so depleted that introducing vitamins and minerals upsets my whole body. Racing heart, anxiety, nausea, diarrhea, etc I’m afraid to even keep trying!! Is there a way to get natural B1 first through food so we can ramp up our doses after we aren’t so malnourished? I've had a quite bad and extreme experience with B1.. on the first day I took 150mg Benfotiamine and on the second day only 50mg but alongside with 15mg Escitaloprame I sadly have to take due to anxiety problems for about 4 years now.. on the first day I felt like being on drugs, I was so damn awake and I was extremely sensitive for touching something or feeling in general. On the second day I got shivers, blood pressure problems, extreme anxiety, rapid heartbeat, total different reception of my sorroundings regarding hearing and seeing.. I immediately stopped and those symptoms were there for about 5 days also including EXTREME fatigue.. I thought it somehow caused a serotonine syndrom together with my antidepressant which are ssri.. but now seeing your video is that even possible? I mean I did my homework and I found NO evidence of it interacting with my pills at all.. the sad thing is I took the B1 for a reason.. I am suffering from many symptoms that can be caused by B1 deficiency, I am convinced that my body lacks B1 but at the same time I am immensely afraid to take any form of B1 now.. kind of a fd up situation.. at first it made me feel ecstatic and good but that turned around for me to land in the ER where they didn't even take me serious 🥲 due to B1 being water soluable (they clearly never heard of Benfotiamine)

Look up the book Thiamine Deficiency Disease, Dysautonomia, and High Calorie Malnutrition. What probably happened(not for sure) was a paradoxical reaction. When you are severely deficient you may have a sort of refeeding syndrome, which can last up to a month depending on the severity. For me it lasted around 3 weeks of quite severe physical and mental symptoms(all of them were more severe versions of what I was already dealing with as a part of the b1 deficiency, which gradually got lighter and lighter over time, finally being replaced with way more energy, calmness and just general wellbeing)
